为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种中医内科用针灸针，包括针体和针柄，其中，所述针体外侧设置有其后端与所述针柄螺纹连接的限位管，所述限位管的前端设置有限位环，所述限位管的外壁上设置有均匀分布的半球形防滑突起。
