Abstract

本实用新型提供一种铅酸蓄电池中置端子结构,电池端子位于电池中线位置,连接电池端子与电池极柱的铅衬套结构全部埋入电池塑壳内。该结构增加结合牢固性,避免铅氧化,减少铅用量,能提高安全可靠性和使用寿命,符合环保要求。采用该结构的卷绕式铅酸蓄电池具有自身优点,且接线方便,通用性好。

本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池端子结构,特别是一种卷绕式铅酸蓄电池中置端子结构。 
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池虽然相对于锂电池、镍氢电池等相比能量低、深循环寿命短,但由于自放电小、高低温性能优越、生产和回收技术成熟及价格低廉优势,该电池目前仍然是世界上产量最大,用途最广的动力源之一。 
新型的用电设备及车辆对电功率的要求越来越高,同时电池的使用环境也更加复杂,传统的铅酸蓄电池已难以满足整个社会的需求,但是铅酸蓄电池的卓越高低温性能、优异的功率特性依旧是其他电池所无法替代的,此时一种新型的铅酸电池—卷绕式阀控密封铅酸蓄电池应运而生。 
卷绕式铅酸蓄电池与传统板式电池相比的最大优点就在于:启动功率大、使用寿命长、比功率高、充电快速、自放电小、抗震动和冲击力强等突出特性,使其能够更自如的运用在以上的各个领域。 
普通卷绕式铅酸蓄电池端子的位置多为对角线位置,使用时接线受限制。为了满足电池的通用性,这就需要将电池的端子设置在电池中心线位置,而现有的中心线位置端子均为半埋式铅衬套结构,即连接极柱和端子的铅衬套、连接件一半埋入电池塑壳内,一半裸露在外,而这种结构存在如下问题: 
1、大面积的铅裸露在空气中,容易氧化,影响蓄电池的使用寿命;
2、壳体塑料半包裹铅衬套,结合牢固性欠佳,容易产生电解液泄漏;
3、用铅量大,与国家的环保政策相悖。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高电池寿命,并且安全环保性能好的卷绕式铅酸蓄电池中置端子结构。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:卷绕式铅酸蓄电池中置端子结构,电池端子位于电池中心线位置上,其改进之处是电池端子与电池极柱之间的铅衬套结构全部埋入电池塑壳内。 
所述铅衬套结构全部嵌入电池塑壳的上盖内,铅衬套顶部填满标识胶。 
本实用新型中,由于铅衬套结构全部埋入电池塑壳中,能增加结合牢固性,避免铅氧化,减少铅用量,进而提高电池安全可靠性和使用寿命,并符合环保要求。采用该结构的卷绕式铅酸蓄电池具有其自身优点,而且接线方便,满足通用性要求。

1.一种卷绕式铅酸蓄电池中置端子结构,电池端子位于电池中心线位置上,其特征是电池端子与电池极柱之间的铅衬套结构全部埋入电池塑壳内。
2.按权利要求1所述的卷绕式铅酸蓄电池中置端子结构,其特征是所述铅衬套结构全部嵌入电池塑壳的上盖内,铅衬套顶部填满标识胶。
