背景技术
常规的直线焊缝长距离焊接，如常见的电动双梁桥式起重机主梁上下四道主焊缝焊接，通常采用焊机进行手工焊接，通过移动焊机进而完成电动双梁桥式起重机主梁上下四道主焊缝的焊接，这种手工焊接方式的缺点是工作效率低，焊缝的直线度较差、焊缝质量不好。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种进行长距离焊接时焊缝的直线度好、焊缝质量好且工作效率高的一种直线焊缝长距离自动焊接装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型一种直线焊缝长距离自动焊接装置，包括焊机，两条固定导轨、两台可在该固定导轨上移动的小车，所述焊机设置在两条固定导轨的相对两侧。
采用上述结构的直线焊缝长距离自动焊接装置，在对电动双梁桥式起重机主梁上下四道主焊缝焊接时，将电动双梁桥式起重机主梁安放在两台小车的车架上，因为小车可在固定导轨上移动，因此在对主梁四道焊缝焊接时，可通过移动小车来实现对主梁缝焊的连续焊接，焊缝的直线度好、焊缝的工作效率也高。

电动双梁桥式起重机主梁４安放于两台小车３上，工作时使用焊机１可对主梁４的焊缝进行焊接。
所述焊机１设置在两条固定导轨２的相对两侧。所述焊机１可以为CO2自动对准焊机。
所述可在固定导轨２上移动的小车３装有用于控制该小车移动速度的变频调速机构（图中未示出）。

1.一种直线焊缝长距离自动焊接装置，包括焊机，其特征在于：它还包括两条固定导轨、两台可在该固定导轨上移动的小车，所述焊机设置在两条固定导轨的相对两侧。

3.根据权利要求１所述的直线焊缝长距离自动焊接装置，其特生在于：所述可在固定导轨上移动的小车装有用于控制该小车移动速度的变频调速机构。
