本实用新型涉及一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构的改进技术，属于一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构。 
背景技术
在现有的技术中，燃气壁挂炉面壳压力表大多是固定在下基板的连接架上。这种安装方法，结构复杂，材料浪费多，为了克服这些缺陷，我们对燃气壁挂炉压力表固定结构进行了研制。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种安装牢固，容易维修拆装，同时节省材料的燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构。 
本实用新型用的技术方案是：一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，包括面壳及压力表，其特征在于还包括固定支架其中在所述面壳上设有安装孔，所述固定支架固定在面壳上并位于安装孔处，所述压力表安装在安装孔处并卡装在固定支架上。 
所述固定支架包括“U” 形卡位、设在“U” 形卡位侧边的三只以上的支脚及设在“U” 形卡位的开口端的两个“C”形折弯；所述压力表的壳体上对称设有两复位卡扣，所述复位卡扣卡扣在“U” 形卡位上，所述 “C”形折弯顶于复位卡扣的侧面。 
所述安装孔、“U” 形卡位和压力表的壳体的外径相适配。 
所述支脚焊接或粘贴在面壳上。 
所述复位卡扣上设有梯形部。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是：由于采用 “U” 形卡位及“C”形折弯结构，安装时压力表卡入固定支架的“U”形卡位处，同时固定支架的“C”形折弯顶于压力表复位卡扣的侧面，不仅安装牢固，容易维修拆装，同时节省材料，结构简单、成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1至5所示，一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，包括面壳1及压力表2，本实用新型特点是还包括固定支架3，其中在所述面壳1上设有安装孔11，所述固定支架3固定在面壳1上并位于安装孔11处，所述压力表2安装在安装孔11处并卡装在固定支架3上。
所述固定支架3包括“U” 形卡位32、设在“U” 形卡位32侧边的三只以上的支脚31及设在“U” 形卡位32的开口端的两个“C”形折弯33；所述压力表2的壳体21上对称设有两复位卡扣22，所述复位卡扣22卡扣在“U” 形卡位32上，所述 “C”形折弯33顶于复位卡扣22的侧面。在本实施例中，在“U” 形卡位32侧边设有三只支脚31，也可根据需要设有四只支脚31或更多的支脚。所述支脚31焊接或粘贴在面壳1上 
在本实施例中，所述安装孔11、“U” 形卡位32和压力表2的壳体21的外径相适配。 
在本实施例中，所述复位卡扣22上设有梯形部321，这样可以更好的与“U” 形卡位32配合。 
安装时，只需将压力表2卡入固定支架3的“U”形卡位32处，固定支架3的支架面与表盘底面贴紧，同时轴方向上“C”形折弯33顶于压力表复位卡扣22的侧面上，保证了压力表2固定结构牢固。 
本实用新型拆卸时，只需按住压力表2上的复位卡扣22，即可将压力表2取出。

1.一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，包括面壳（1）及压力表（2），其特征在于还包括固定支架（3），其中在所述面壳（1）上设有安装孔（11），所述固定支架（3）固定在面壳（1）上并位于安装孔（11）处，所述压力表（2）安装在安装孔（11）处并卡装在固定支架（3）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，其特征在于所述固定支架（3）包括“U” 形卡位（32）、设在“U” 形卡位（32）侧边的三只以上的支脚（31）及设在“U” 形卡位（32）的开口端的两个“C”形折弯（33）；所述压力表（2）的壳体（21）上对称设有两复位卡扣（22），所述复位卡扣（22）卡扣在“U” 形卡位（32）上，所述 “C”形折弯（33）顶于复位卡扣（22）的侧面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，其特征在于所述安装孔（11）、“U” 形卡位（32）和压力表（2）的壳体（21）的外径相适配。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，其特征在于所述支脚（31）焊接或粘贴在面壳（1）上。
5、根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气壁挂炉压力表的固定结构，其特征在于所述复位卡扣（22）上设有梯形部（321）。
