Abstract
本实用新型公开一种驱动电路内置的LED灯，包括罩在出光口的灯罩、铝基板、设置在铝基板上的LED灯珠、驱动电路以及散热器，所述散热器包括一下端面与所述铝基板连接的底板和均匀设置在所述底板上端面的边缘的若干散热条，所述散热条围绕着所述底板形成一空腔，所述驱动电路置于所述空腔内，所述散热器与所述驱动电路之间通过一隔热结构连接固定起来。本实用新型将驱动电路置于散热器内，减少了体积，结构更简单，也降低成本。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯，特别涉及一种驱动电路内置的LED灯。
背景技术
LED（Light Emitting Diode，发光二极管）是一种固态的半导体器件，它可以直接把电转化为光。LED的心脏是一个半导体的晶片，晶片的一端附在一个支架上，一端是负极，另一端连接电源的正极，使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来。半导体晶片由两部分组成，一部分是P型半导体，在它里面空穴占主导地位，另一端是N型半导体，在这边主要是电子。但这两种半导体连接起来的时候，它们之间就形成一个“P-N结”。当电流通过导线作用于这个晶片的时候，电子就会被推向P区，在P区里电子跟空穴复合，然后就会以光子的形式发出能量，这就是LED发光的原理。而光的波长决定光的颜色，是由形成P-N结材料决定的。
然而，现有的LED灯包括有驱动电路和散热器，体积过大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提出一种驱动电路内置的LED灯，将驱动电路置于散热器内，减少了体积，结构更简单，也降低成本。
本实用新型提出一种驱动电路内置的LED灯，包括罩在出光口的灯罩、铝基板、设置在铝基板上的LED灯珠、驱动电路以及散热器，所述散热器包括一下端面与所述铝基板连接的底板和均匀设置在所述底板上端面的边缘的若干散热条，所述散热条围绕着所述底板形成一空腔，所述驱动电路置于所述空腔内，所述散热器与所述驱动电路之间通过一隔热结构连接固定起来。
优选地，所述隔热结构为一塑料材料制成的外壳，所述驱动电路置于所述外壳内。
优选地，所述底板上均匀设有若干通风孔，所述通风孔围绕着所述基板设置。
优选地，所述灯罩与所述散热器连接，所述灯罩包括一铝面盖和设置在所述铝面盖上的与所述LED灯珠适配的透光镜，所述透光镜与所述灯珠一一对应。
本实用新型将驱动电路置于散热器内，减少了体积，结构更简单，也降低成本。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1，提出本实用新型的驱动电路40内置的LED灯的一实施例，包括罩在出光口的灯罩、铝基板30、设置在铝基板30上的LED灯珠301、驱动电路40以及散热器。所述散热器包括一下端面与铝基板30连接的圆形底板20和均匀设置在圆形底板20上端面的边缘的若干散热条203。底板20下端面的中心位置设有一与铝基板30适配的圆形凹槽201，铝基板30置于凹槽201内与底板20连接。散热条203与底板20上端面垂直，散热条203围绕着底板20形成一圆形空腔，所述驱动电路40置于所述空腔内，所述散热器与所述驱动电路40之间通过一隔热结构连接固定起来。所述隔热结构为一塑料材料制成的外壳401，所述驱动电路40置于所述外壳401内，被外壳401包裹着置于空腔中，这样减少了体积，结构更简单。
所述底板20上均匀设有若干用于散热的通风孔202，通风孔202围绕着基板30形成一圆形。LED灯珠301发光会产生的大量的热量，热量可从通风孔202中散发出去，并由铝基板30迅速将热量传递给散热器，由散热器上的散热条203将热量散发出去，散热效果明显，可防止LED灯珠301过热，延长LED灯的使用寿命。
所述灯罩与所述散热器连接，所述灯罩包括一铝面盖10和设置在所述铝面盖10上的与所述LED灯珠301适配的透光镜101，所述透光镜101与所述灯珠301一一对应。LED灯珠301发出的光线经透光镜101后形成柔和的光线，从而照射出去的光不具有眩光性，不会刺眼，可有效改善LED灯珠301发光产生发光耀斑和强烈的刺眼光线的弊端，同时提高了LED灯珠301的照明亮度。

Claims (4)
1.一种驱动电路内置的LED灯，包括罩在出光口的灯罩、铝基板、设置在铝基板上的LED灯珠、驱动电路以及散热器，其特征在于，所述散热器包括一下端面与所述铝基板连接的底板和均匀设置在所述底板上端面的边缘的若干散热条，所述散热条围绕着所述底板形成一空腔，所述驱动电路置于所述空腔内，所述散热器与所述驱动电路之间通过一隔热结构连接固定起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动电路内置的LED灯，其特征在于，所述隔热结构为一塑料材料制成的外壳，所述驱动电路置于所述外壳内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的驱动电路内置的LED灯，其特征在于，所述底板上均匀设有若干通风孔，所述通风孔围绕着所述基板设置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的驱动电路内置的LED灯，其特征在于，所述灯罩与所述散热器连接，所述灯罩包括一铝面盖和设置在所述铝面盖上的与所述LED灯珠适配的透光镜，所述透光镜与所述灯珠一一对应。
