本实用新型涉及煤矿运输技术领域，具体涉及一种新型的底卸式运输车厢。 
背景技术：
煤矿运输过程中，运输车是必不可少的，目前煤矿运输中经常使用的是固定式车厢，运到目的地后通过翻车机将煤矿倒入煤仓，但是这种运输方式需要增加翻车机，增加成本，为了改善上述状况，很多矿井中采用底卸式车厢，但是目前的底卸式车厢因为活动底板的一端没有固定在车厢上，运输过程中煤矿会掉落，长期会堵塞轨道。 
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的底卸式运输车厢，它将煤运输到煤仓不需要另加设备，可以通过车厢本身完成卸煤工作，且活动底板的活动一端固定有挡板，可以防止煤矿掉落。 
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含车厢1、活动底板2、车轮3和连接旋转轴4；活动底板2的一端通过连接旋转轴4可活动固定在车厢1的下部，车轮3包含数个外轮3-1和数个内轮3-2，内轮3-2设置在外轮3-1的内侧，且数个外轮3-1分别固定在车厢1的下部，内轮3-2分别固定在活动底板2的下部，所述的活动底板2的活动端固定有挡板5。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：它将煤运输到煤仓不需要另加设备，可以通过车厢本身完成卸煤工作，且活动底板的活动一端固定有挡板，可以防止煤矿掉落。

参看图1-2，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：它包含车厢1、活动底板2、车轮3和连接旋转轴4；活动底板2的一端通过连接旋转轴4可活动固定在车厢1的下部，车轮3包含数个外轮3-1和数个内轮3-2，内轮3-2设置在外轮3-1的内侧，且数个外轮3-1分别固定在车厢1的下部，内轮3-2分别固定在活动底板2的下部，所述的活动底板2的活动端固定有挡板5。 
本具体实施方式在工作时，当车厢经过煤仓时，内轮3-2经过一段卸载曲轨时，活动底板2自动打开，媒从车厢1中卸入煤仓，经过曲轨后，活动底板2自动复位，完成卸媒。 
本具体实施方式将媒运输到煤仓不需要另加设备，可以通过车厢本身完成卸煤工作，且活动底板的活动一端固定有挡板，可以防止煤矿掉落。

1.一种新型的底卸式运输车厢，它包含车厢(1)、活动底板(2)、车轮(3)和连接旋转轴(4)；活动底板(2)的一端通过连接旋转轴(4)可活动固定在车厢(1)的下部，车轮(3)包含数个外轮(3-1)和数个内轮(3-2)，内轮(3-2)设置在外轮(3-1)的内侧，且数个外轮(3-1)分别固定在车厢(1)的下部，内轮(3-2)分别固定在活动底板(2)的下部，其特征在于所述的活动底板(2)的活动端固定有挡板(5)。
