本实用新型公开了一种挂面原料下料除杂装置，包括收料仓、隔板；隔板下方设置有收料仓，隔板上方右侧安装有电机带动的推板，隔板上方左侧安装有吸风管，吸风管底部安装有锥形扁平吸风罩，隔板上开有若干宽度略大于麦粒的细缝，吸风管上部安装有风机。本实用新型通过隔板上开有细缝，收料仓设置在隔板下方，并在侧边安装推板和吸风装置，能够在卡车卸料后，直接将原料摊开，麦粒通过缝隙落入收料仓，起到类似于筛选的效果，不能通过的大颗杂质，被吸风装置吸走，整个过程可全自动完成，节省了工序，提高了劳动效率。

本实用新型涉及挂面生产设备领域，尤其涉及一种挂面原料下料除杂装置。 
背景技术：
挂面采用优质小麦作为原料，当卡车将小麦成车拉到厂房后，以往是直接进入仓库，由于麦粒中含有碎石、大颗土块等大颗粒杂质，从仓库取出后必须再经过风选、筛选、水洗等步骤来除杂；因此若在入库前就进行初步的除去大颗杂质的工作，就可以节省至少一道工序，节省人力物力。因此设想提供一种设备来解决这一问题。 
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种挂面原料下料除杂装置，解决以往是直接进入仓库，由于麦粒中含有碎石、大颗土块等大颗粒杂质，从仓库取出后必须再经过风选、筛选、水洗等步骤来除杂；因此若在入库前就进行初步的除去大颗杂质的工作，就可以节省至少一道工序，节省人力物力的问题。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案为： 
一种挂面原料下料除杂装置，包括收料仓、隔板；隔板下方设置有收料仓，隔板上方右侧安装有电机带动的推板，隔板上方左侧安装有吸风管，吸风管底部安装有锥形扁平吸风罩。 
所述隔板上开有若干宽度略大于麦粒的细缝，所述吸风管上部安装有风机。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于： 
本实用新型通过隔板上开有细缝，收料仓设置在隔板下方，并在侧边安装推板和吸风装置，能够在卡车卸料后，直接将原料摊开，麦粒通过缝隙落入收料仓，起到类似于筛选的效果，不能通过的大颗杂质，被吸风装置吸走，整个过程可全自动完成，节省了工序，提高了劳动效率。
