技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种清液罐，尤其是指一种用于长链二元酸生产的清液罐。
背景技术
长链二元酸是重要的精细化工中间体，可以合成香料、特种尼龙、聚酰胺热熔胶等一系列高附加值的特殊化学品。
长链二元酸不存在于自然界中，只能通过化工合成、植物油裂解法和生物发酵法生产。所有的长链二元酸都不可能用化工方法从石油中的正构烷烃直接氧化制取，因为化学氧化时，正构烷烃发生断裂而得不到和正构烷烃相应链长的单一二元酸。虽然所有的长链二元酸都可以从某一种低碳链的二元酸开始，通过酯化、还原、溴化、氰化和腈的水解等一系列化学反应步骤，合成两个或三个碳原子的二元酸，但目前这种合成方法仅在实验室应用，由于步骤多、条件复杂、收率低、成本高，而没有实现工业生产的价值。迄今，仅有十二碳二元酸可以通过化工合成方法进行工业化生产，但也因化学合成法生产条件苛刻、步骤多、收率低、成本高和环境污染严重等因素，影响了其大规模工业化。
近年来，中国科学院自主研发的运用生物发酵生产长碳链二元酸的技术，具有化学合成方法无可比拟的优越性，以石油中的副产物正构烷烃为原料，用微生物发酵技术生产长链二元酸，生产工艺简单，条件温和，整个过程在常温常压下进行，收率高、成本低。
生物发酵生产长碳链二元酸的工艺中清液罐是重要的一种的设备，现有的清液罐存在结构设计不合理的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种设计合理、结构简单、方便实用的用于长链二元酸生产的清液罐。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括设计成椭圆体的罐体，在罐体上安装有端板和鞍座，在罐体顶部设有进料口、人孔和放空口，出料口设在罐体的底部，同时还包括分别设在罐体的一侧的上端和下端的液面计接口A和液面计接口B。
本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、方便实用，适于长链二元酸的生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括设计成椭圆体的罐体4，在罐体4上安装有端板1和鞍座2，在罐体4顶部设有进料口5、人孔3和放空口6，出料口9设在罐体4的底部，同时还包括分别设在罐体4的一侧的上端和下端的液面计接口A7和液面计接口B8。
该设备设计合理、结构简单、方便实用，用于长链二元酸的生产。
