本实用新型涉及一种带压点太阳能电池板铝边框,属于光伏太阳能用铝型材领域。
背景技术
目前,太阳能电池板均采用铝边框进行安装,通常采用两长、两端铝边框对接而成,在相邻的长边与短边之间使用角码连接。原有的太阳能铝边框包括边框本体1,在边框本体1上设置有供角码***的插槽2。安装时,将连接角码***太阳能铝边框本体的插槽2中,参见图1,为了使得铝边框与角码不易松脱,通常在边框本体1角码插槽2的上表面上设置压点3,原有的压点3的结构参见图2,所述压点3是由顶部的圆柱状凹坑3.1和底部的凸点3.2构成,由于压点3顶部凹坑3.1呈圆柱状,使得压点3底部凸点3.2较尖锐,与角码装配时因压点太尖造成装配时阻力大,且由于接触面积小,装配时易产生边框抖动现象,使得装配困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种装配顺畅的带压点太阳能电池板铝边框。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种带压点太阳能电池板铝边框,它包括边框本体,所述边框本体上设置有供角码***的插槽,所述插槽的上表面上设置压点,所述压点顶部为凹坑、底部为凸点,所述凹坑呈喇叭口状,所述凸点呈圆弧面状。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型带压点太阳能电池板铝边框,压点顶部呈喇叭口状,使得压点在压制过程中,受力面增大,从而使得压点底面的圆弧面增大,圆弧面装配时摩擦阻力小,且由于圆弧面受力面积大 ,不会产生抖动现象,装配顺畅。
