背景技术
现有市场中硬质合金类的麻花钻规格都较小,大规格采用整体式成本会很高且不易加工;且采用焊接式的硬质合金麻花钻加工复杂,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种能够方便装载的硬质合金铲钻刀片,提高钻头使用效率和使用寿命、提高加工精度。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该硬质合金铲钻刀片,包括固定部位与切削部位,特征在于固定部位包括V形定位面、螺钉孔,切削部位包括主切削刃、修磨横刃、刃带、负切削刃和钻尖外倒角,V形定位面与刀体配合,硬质合金铲钻刀片中间设有一个螺钉孔,螺钉孔的轴线与刀片侧面垂直线有5°~40°的夹角,主切削刃为波形刃,主切削刃带有H型修磨横刃,硬质合金铲钻刀片外圆设有刃带,硬质合金铲钻刀片两侧带有负切削刃。
本实用新型主切削刃顶角角度为90°~150°。
本实用新型结构简洁,方便装卸,提高钻头使用效率、使用寿命和加工精度。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本实施例硬质合金硬质合金铲钻刀片包括固定部位与切削部位,固定部位包括V形定位面1、螺钉孔2,切削部位包括主切削刃3、修磨横刃4、负切削刃5、刃带6和钻尖外倒角7。
⑴、刀片装夹部位为适当角度的V形定位面1,其与刀体配合可以很好的定位在刀体上;
⑵、硬质合金铲钻刀片中间有一个螺钉孔2,其轴线与刀片侧面垂直线有5°~40°的夹角;
⑶、硬质合金铲钻刀片的主切削刃3采用波形刃,增加刀具的切削锋利性与切削刃强度;主切削刃3较佳的顶角角度为90°~150°,特别是135°,并带有H型修磨横刃4;
⑷、硬质合金铲钻刀片外圆有刃带6;
⑸、硬质合金铲钻刀片两侧带有负切削刃5,增加刃口的强度。
硬质合金铲钻刀片钻尖外倒角7,提高钻尖强度,减少崩刃。
由于采用机夹方法,使得装夹简单,刀片可根据实际需要随时替换。
