本实用新型涉及一种改进的过滤器。
背景技术
现有的过滤器大多采用筒式，从筒体的顶部直接放料到滤网上进行过滤。由于放料过程中物料具有冲击性，会对滤网产生压力，长时间这样滤网很容易损坏，造成过滤器的报废。因此，需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
   本实用新型的目的是：针对以上不足，提供一种改进的过滤器，该过滤器的过滤效果，且滤网的使用寿命长。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种改进的过滤器，包括一筒体，所述筒体的顶部设置有进料口，所述筒体的底部设置有出料口，所述筒体内设置有倒置的圆锥台形过滤网，所述过滤网的顶部设置有挡板，所述挡板的底部设置有固定杆，该固定杆伸到过滤网内与过滤网的底部固定连接。
所述挡板上设置有通孔。
所述挡板通过限位块固定在筒体内。
本实用新型在过滤网的顶部设置有挡板，该挡板可承受物料的冲击力，并起到缓解的作用；还有采用倒置的圆锥台形过滤网结构，过滤面积大，过滤能力强。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、过滤效果好，使用寿命长，制造成本低。

 如图1所示，一种改进的过滤器，包括一筒体1，在筒体1的顶部设置有进料口2，在筒体1的底部设置有出料口3，在筒体1内设置有倒置的圆锥台形过滤网4，过滤网4的顶部设置有挡板5，挡板5的底部设置有固定杆6，该固定杆6伸到过滤网4内与过滤网4的底部固定连接。在挡板5上设置有通孔7，挡板5通过限位块8固定在筒体1内。
