绝缘检测棒
一.技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种两点间绝缘检测装置,特别是涉及一种绝缘检测棒。
二.背景技术:电气设备的运行可靠性在很大程度上取决于电气绝缘的可靠性,此外,变电运行操作时所用到的验电棒、变电带电检修时用到的带电清扫工具以及高压试验中所必须的绝缘杆等更是对人身安全起着重要的作用。当受热和受潮时,绝缘材料便老化,其绝缘电阻便降低,从而造成人身伤亡事故、电气设备漏电或短路事故的发生。为了避免事故发生,就要求经常测量各种设备的绝缘电阻,判断其绝缘程度是否满足需要,现有检测工具结构复杂,不易携带且测量数据误差大,不能适应电力事业的发展。
三.实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、使用方便、检测精度高且安全性好的绝缘检测棒。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种绝缘检测棒,含有绝缘手柄,所述绝缘手柄下端设置有检测仪接头,所述检测仪接头的两个检测线内置于所述绝缘手柄中,两个所述检测线上端分别与两个金属接触片的下端连接,两个所述金属接触片与所述绝缘手柄上端固定,并且,两个所述金属接触片下部套装有绝缘套。
所述检测线为绝缘导线,所述金属接触片为铜片。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型大大提高了工作效率,解决了传统绝缘测试工具受环境影响大、测量数据误差大、对人身安全存在风险、携带不方便等问题,其检测结果同时对绝缘设备本身的可靠性提供了有力的依据。
2、本实用新型在两根检测线接头处各搭接一个金属接触片,以增大与被测物体的接触面,提高了测量精度。
3、本实用新型将金属接触片外侧用绝缘材料进行包裹,这样既提高了使用时的安全性,同时又保证了内部检测用检测线的可靠性。
4、本实用新型设计合理、使用方便、检测精度高且安全性好,其适用范围广,易于推广实施,具有良好的经济效益。

五.具体实施方式:
实施例:参见图1-图2,图中,1-检测仪接头,2-绝缘手柄,3-绝缘套,4-金属接触片。
绝缘检测棒含有绝缘手柄2,绝缘手柄2下端设置有检测仪接头1,检测仪接头1的两个检测线内置于绝缘手柄2中(图中未画出),两个检测线上端分别与两个金属接触片4的下端连接,两个金属接触片4均与绝缘手柄2上端固定,并且,两个金属接触片4下部均套装有绝缘套3。检测线采用绝缘导线,金属接触片4采用铜片。
使用时,操作者可单手持绝缘手柄2,在检测仪接头1上连接所需手摇/数字式检测仪,两个金属接触片4直接接触于被测物体上,绝缘套3保持两线间绝缘,即可安全、精确的对被测物进行绝缘检测。

1.一种绝缘检测棒,含有绝缘手柄,所述绝缘手柄下端设置有检测仪接头,所述检测仪接头的两个检测线内置于所述绝缘手柄中,其特征是:两个所述检测线上端分别与两个金属接触片的下端连接,两个所述金属接触片与所述绝缘手柄上端固定,并且,两个所述金属接触片下部均设置有绝缘套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘检测棒,其特征是:所述检测线为绝缘导线,所述金属接触片为铜片。
