本实用新型涉及一种生化垃圾无害化处理发酵液回流喷淋***。
背景技术
随着我国新农村建设的不断深入,农村环境污染问题日趋严重,改善村容村貌,提升农村环境质量已成为新农村建设的一大要务。将农村生活垃圾作为堆沤发酵的原材料不但能有效处理农村垃圾废弃物,还能获取沼气、沼液和沼渣,为农户日常生活供能。目前的垃圾堆沤发酵房采用日常堆沤腐熟,堆沤发酵时间长、产气率低,发酵溶出液量少,降低了整个工艺效能。
实用新型内容
为克服现有垃圾堆沤发酵房的各种缺点,本实用新型提供了一种能够将沼液回流到堆沤发酵房内喷淋,从而提高发酵效能沼液回流喷淋***。
生化垃圾无害化处理发酵液回流喷淋***,其特征在于:每间发酵间上部安装有喷淋管道,喷淋管道上均匀分布喷嘴,喷淋管道与储存有沼液的沼液贮存池连接,沼液贮存池与喷淋管道通过能从沼液贮存池中吸入沼液的回流泵连接,堆沤发酵房渗出的沼液通过沼液管道输入沼液贮存池中。
进一步,所述的回流泵为自吸式无堵塞污水泵,回流泵放置在沼液贮存池上方。
进一步,堆沤发酵房内设有多格相互独立的发酵区域,每个发酵区域安装两道喷淋管道,喷淋管道之间的间距为1500mm,喷淋管道采用DN40无缝钢管。
本实用新型的技术构思是:用回流泵连接喷淋管道与沼液贮存池,将沼液定时地吸入喷淋管道内、并向发酵区域内喷淋,从而补充发酵间内的沼液含量。发酵间内渗出的沼液通过沼液管道流入沼液贮存池中,如此沼液不断地在发酵间和沼液储存池中循环,有利于提高沼气的产量,加速发酵进程。
本实用新型具有能够将沼液回流到堆沤发酵房内,从而提高发酵效率,加速发酵进程的优点。

生化垃圾无害化处理发酵液回流喷淋***,发酵间1上部安装有喷淋管道2,喷淋管道2上均匀分布喷嘴,喷淋管道2与储存有沼液的沼液贮存池连接,沼液贮存池与喷淋管道2通过能从沼液贮存池中吸入沼液的回流泵连接,堆沤发酵房1渗出的沼液通过沼液管道输入到沼液贮存池中。
所述的回流泵为自吸式无堵塞污水泵,回流泵放置在沼液贮存池上方。回流泵每天开启的时间为2小时,回流沼液量为4吨。
堆沤发酵房1内设有多格相互独立的发酵区域A、B、C、D、E、F,每个发酵区域安装两道喷淋管道2,喷淋管道2之间的间距为1500mm,喷淋管道采用DN40无缝钢管。
