本实用新型涉及到一种冲压模具。
背景技术
机加工中常常用到冲压模具，利用冲压模具的强力冲压实现对产品进行冲压加工。由于冲压时冲力较大，冲压件都会卡在冲头上，需要人工将冲压件打落，不但影响工作连续性，而且容易出现危险。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了解决上述问题，而提供一种冲压模具的内外脱，它可以使冲压后的冲压件自动脱落，不需人工打件，避免了造成人员伤害。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种冲压模具的内外脱，包括内外脱本体，其特征是：所述内外脱本体上设有凹槽，凹槽内设有内脱板。
以上所述凹槽设于内外脱本体上部中间部位，内外脱本体上设有四个螺孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型可解决冲压件冲压后卡件问题，实现冲压件的自动脱落，避免了人工打件出现的危险。
