背景技术
随着我国经济建设和城市建设的高速发展,城市框架越来越大,城市人口不断增多,生活垃圾量也越来越多,生活垃圾已成为我们所面临的急需解决的环境问题之一,目前城市生活垃圾的处理方式大多焚烧发电、填埋、造肥等传统处理方法,传统处理方法成本高、浪费土地资源、带来了二次污染公害、浪费了大量的可再生利用资源。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足而提供一种双排气道窑炉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于包括内外双腔室热分解炉、化合塔、冷却塔、水箱、有机化合物处理塔、管道和风机,其中所述内外双腔室热分解炉由内腔室和外腔室构成,所述内腔室置于外腔室内部的轨道上,所述内腔室通过管道依次将化合塔、冷却塔、有机化合物处理塔串联后连接到外腔室底部。
进一步:所述内腔室内侧底部设有贯穿内腔室的加热棒,加热棒为中空管状结构,内腔室的外侧底部设有转轮。
为了使外腔室的燃料燃烧所产生的尾气尽快排出所述外腔室顶部设有排烟道,排烟道末端连接一尾气回收利用装置。
所述有机化合物处理塔和外腔室之间的管道上设有风机,其目的是为了除去垃圾热分解产生的气体中的不可燃的污染性废气而剩余的可燃性气体进入外腔室作为燃料燃烧为内腔室中垃圾热分解提供热能,并且管道上的风机能够有效地提高气体的流通速度。
所述冷却塔与水箱通过进水管相连,其目的是为控制冷却塔内冷却水的量。
所述阴阳双腔室热能循环利用热分解炉由一个外腔室和一个内腔室组成或由一个外腔室与位于外腔室内的多个内腔室组成,外腔室的容量大小和内腔室数量可以根据垃圾处理量而定,而且多个内腔室可以使得每个内腔室变的轻巧更加容易操作。
所述外腔室为燃料燃烧室,内腔室为垃圾热分解室,外腔室中燃料燃烧产生热量为内腔室中垃圾热分解提供能量。
使用本实用新型时,将垃圾装入置于外腔室内的内腔室中,点燃外腔室内的燃料开始进行垃圾热分解,内腔室中垃圾热分解产生气体通过管道依次经过化合塔、冷却塔、有机化合物处理塔进行处理剩余可燃性气体通过管道进入外腔室内充当燃料继续燃烧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:使用本窑炉处理垃圾不产生二噁英等有害气体二次污染,通过热分解处理垃圾产生的可燃性气体的循环利用大幅度降低了垃圾处理成本符合可持续发展的理念,并具有批量化、易操作、投资小、成本低、收益大等特点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种双排气道窑炉,包括双腔室分解炉、化合塔3、冷却塔4、水箱6、有机化合物处理塔5、管道8和风机9,其中所述双腔室分解炉由内腔室和外腔室构成,其中所述内腔室位1于外腔室2内部的轨道11上,所述内腔室1通过管道8依次将化合塔3、冷却塔4与有机化合物处理塔5串联后与外腔室2相接。
所述内腔室1内侧底部设有加热棒7且所述内腔室1外侧底部设有转轮。
所述外腔室2顶部设有排烟道且所述排烟道末端与尾气回收利用装置10相连。
所述有机化合物处理塔5和外腔室2之间的管道8上设有风机9。
所述冷却塔4与水箱6通过进水管相连。
当窑炉运行时燃料在外腔室中燃烧为内腔室中垃圾热费解提供热能。

1.一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于包括内外双腔室热分解炉、化合塔、冷却塔、水箱、有机化合物处理塔、管道和风机,其中所述内外双腔室热分解炉由内腔室和外腔室构成,所述内腔室置于外腔室内部的轨道上,所述内腔室通过管道依次将化合塔、冷却塔、有机化合物处理塔串联后连接到外腔室底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于:所述内腔室内侧底部设有贯穿内腔室的加热棒,加热棒为中空管状结构,内腔室的外侧底部设有转轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于:所述外腔室顶部设有排烟道,排烟道末端连接一尾气回收利用装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于:所述有机化合物处理塔和外腔室之间的管道上设有风机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于:所述冷却塔与水箱通过进水管相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双排气道窑炉,其特征在于:所述阴阳双腔室热能循环利用热分解炉由一个外腔室和一个内腔室组成或由一个外腔室与位于外腔室内的多个内腔室组成。
