背景技术
燃烧室的结构和燃油的雾化方式直接影响到加热器热效率的高低以及尾气排放的好坏等,燃油一般需要经过1.雾化2.蒸发3.与空气混合形成可燃混合气4.着火5.燃烧等五个阶段,目前国内驻车加热器普遍采用是离心雾化方式,该雾化方式雾化效果差,燃烧效率低,热效率低,低温启动困难,燃烧不稳定,容易产生积碳等。

本实用新型提供一种汽车燃油燃烧室,以解决现有技术存在的技术问题。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车燃油燃烧室,所述燃烧室包括:燃烧室底座以及与燃烧室底座嵌套的雾化装置。
作为一种优选方案,所述雾化装置为雾化网。
进一步的,所述燃烧室底座上设置有内圆筒和外圆筒,所述雾化网嵌套入外圆筒中。
再进一步的,所述燃烧室底座的外圆筒高于雾化网,雾化网整体嵌套入外圆筒中,外圆筒上还设置有燃烧室保护装置。
优选地,所述燃烧室保护装置包括燃烧室护套和燃烧室内隔套,所述燃烧室内隔套嵌套入燃烧室护套后,燃烧室护套与外圆筒螺旋连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述燃烧室底座还设置有进气***。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型为一种汽车燃油燃烧室,所述燃烧室包括:燃烧室底座1、雾化网2、燃烧室内隔套3和燃烧室护套4,燃烧室底座1上设置有内圆筒和外圆筒,雾化网2嵌套入外圆筒中,燃烧室底座1的外圆筒高于雾化网2,雾化网2整体嵌套入外圆筒中,燃烧室内隔套3嵌套入燃烧室护套4后,燃烧室护套4与燃烧室底座1的外圆筒螺旋连接。
本实用新型的燃烧室主要用于燃油挥发小型驻车加热器,该燃烧室通过进气***进入空气,燃油流经雾化网2遇高温挥发成气态与空气形成可燃混合气体,可燃混合气体在燃烧室底座1的内圆筒内高速燃烧,燃烧效果好稳定可靠不易形成积碳,燃烧效率高具有良好的经济性,该新型燃烧室极大的降低了尾气中有害物质的含量从而达到节能减排绿色环保的要求。

1.一种汽车燃油燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室包括:燃烧室底座以及与燃烧室底座嵌套的雾化装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述雾化装置为雾化网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室底座上设置有内圆筒和外圆筒,所述雾化网嵌套入外圆筒中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室底座的外圆筒高于雾化网,雾化网整体嵌套入外圆筒中,外圆筒上还设置有燃烧室保护装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室保护装置包括燃烧室护套和燃烧室内隔套,所述燃烧室内隔套嵌套入燃烧室护套后,燃烧室护套与外圆筒螺旋连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室底座还设置有进气***。
