技术领域
本发明涉及一种直驱电机数控转盘,具体地说是一种电机直接驱动的数控转盘。 
背景技术
目前大多数分度转盘都采用蜗轮副减速机构带动,虽然增大了扭矩,但因为齿轮之间存在的反向间隙影响定位精度。本发明公开了一种数控直驱电机驱动转盘的技术,改变了这种状况,使得定位精度得到很大提升。 
发明内容
本发明所述的直驱电机驱动技术适应各种直径的分度转盘,适当的选择直驱电机的功率和伺服驱动器即可进行配置。所述的分度转盘分为上下两部分,下半部分是转盘基座,转盘基座内嵌直驱电机主体。上半部分是直驱电机的主轴及由主轴带动的转盘。上下盘体盘面接触,接触面刻有润滑油线,其特征在于包括直驱电机数控转盘底座(1)和转盘(3),所述的直驱电机数控转盘底座上内嵌交流电机定子单元(2)和转盘上内嵌交流电机转子单元(4),所述的直驱电机数控转盘上下盘体盘面接触,接触面刻有润滑油线,所述的直驱电机数控转盘在伺服驱动器(5)驱动下,交流电机转子带动转盘转动完成转盘定位工作。本发明所述的数控直驱电机驱动转盘技术的特征在于:所用的直驱电机采用三相异步交流电机,电机驱动部分采用伺服电机驱动器。 
本发明的积极效果在于:采用低价格,高可靠性的三相异步交流电机为直驱电机,在伺服驱动器的控制下能够完成对转盘的大扭矩、快速、精确定位的功能。

如图1所示,本实例包括所述的直驱电机数控转盘底座1和转盘3。所述的直驱电机数控转盘底座上内嵌交流电机定子单元2和转盘上内嵌交流电机转子单元4。所述的直驱电机数控转盘上下盘体盘面接触,接触面刻有润滑油线。所述的直驱电机数控转盘在伺服驱动器5驱动下,交流电机转子带动转盘转动 完成转盘定位工作。

1.一种直驱电机数控转盘,其特征在于包括直驱电机数控转盘底座(1)和转盘(3),所述的直驱电机数控转盘底座上内嵌交流电机定子单元(2)和转盘上内嵌交流电机转子单元(4),所述的直驱电机数控转盘上下盘体盘面接触,接触面刻有润滑油线,所述的直驱电机数控转盘在伺服驱动器(5)驱动下,交流电机转子带动转盘转动完成转盘定位工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直驱电机数控转盘,其特征在于交流电机驱动部分采用伺服电机驱动器。
