背景技术
在输变电线路检修施工过程中,组立铁塔是施工中重要环节之一,由于各种原因导致在很多情况下需要塔材上进行打孔,由于没有便于携带的打孔设备,给施工带来很大不便,延误了施工进度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,可以满足塔材打孔需要的便携式打孔器。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:便携式打孔器包括主体、工件固定螺栓、钻头、缓力杆,其特点是便携式打孔器的主体的上端螺纹连接一个垂直加力杆,垂直加力杆的上端横向穿装一个缓力杆,主体的中间对应垂直加力杆位置的下方活动穿装钻头夹具,钻头夹具下端夹装钻头,钻头夹具的上端套装一个棘轮急回加力杆,主体的下端设有一个工件卡槽,工件卡槽上设有一个工件固定螺栓。
本实用新型的有益效果是:便携式打孔器携带方便,操作简单,适用各塔材、各种孔距,提高了检修效率和检修质量,保证了线路可靠运行,进而提高了用电可靠率。

具体实施方式
实施例,参照附图1,便携式打孔器的主体3的上端螺纹连接一个垂直加力杆2,垂直加力杆2的上端横向穿装一个缓力杆1。主体3的中间对应垂直加力杆2位置的下方活动穿装钻头夹具4,钻头夹具4下端夹装钻头7,钻头夹具4的上端套装一个棘轮急回加力杆5,主体3的下端设有一个工件卡槽3-1,工件卡槽3-1上设有一个工件固定螺栓6。
    便携式打孔器的使用方法是:将需钻孔的塔材置于工件卡槽3-1中,锁紧工件固定螺栓6将塔材固定,一只手旋转缓力杆1推动垂直加力杆2螺旋推进,向下推动钻头夹具4、钻头7,另一只手搬动棘轮急回加力杆5,驱动钻头夹具4、钻头7回转,通过垂直加力杆2和棘轮急回加力杆5驱动钻头7做垂直和回转的复合运动实现钻孔过程。

1.一种便携式打孔器,包括主体(3)、工件固定螺栓(6)、钻头(7)、缓力杆(1),其特征在于便携式打孔器的主体(3)的上端螺纹连接一个垂直加力杆(2),垂直加力杆(2)的上端横向穿装一个缓力杆(1),主体(3)的中间对应垂直加力杆(2)位置的下方活动穿装钻头夹具(4),钻头夹具(4)下端夹装钻头(7),钻头夹具(4)的上端套装一个棘轮急回加力杆(5),主体(3)的下端设有一个工件卡槽(3-1),工件卡槽(3-1)上设有一个工件固定螺栓(6)。
