烫印纸张水过滤除尘装置，属于印刷机械技术领域，由吹气装置和除尘装置构成，所述吹气装置包括开有吹气孔的进气管，所述进气管与压缩空气气源相连接，所述除尘装置包括开有吸气槽的排气管，排气管上设置有抽气泵，排气管的末端***过滤水槽中。本实用新型利用压缩空气通过吹气孔将附着在纸张上的铝层、灰尘与纸张表面脱离，再利用抽气泵通过吸气槽吸出粉尘，粉尘经滤水槽沉入水底部，达到过滤粉尘的目的。

本实用新型属于印刷机械技术领域，特别涉及一种圆压圆烫印生产中去除电化铝粉尘的装置。
背景技术
现有圆压圆烫印生产中，所使用的电化铝铝层成粉状脱落到产品上，从而污染产品，如采用传统方式将其去除，会污染生产环境，达不到产品质量及环保要求。

为解决现有圆压圆烫印生产中难于去除电化铝粉尘问题，本实用新型提供一种烫印纸张水过滤除尘装置，其实施方案如下：
烫印纸张水过滤除尘装置，由吹气装置和除尘装置构成，所述吹气装置包括开有吹气孔的进气管，所述进气管与压缩空气气源相连接，所述除尘装置包括开有吸气槽的排气管，排气管上设置有抽气泵，排气管的末端***过滤水槽中。
本实用新型利用压缩空气通过吹气孔将附着在纸张上的铝层、灰尘与纸张表面脱离，再利用抽气泵通过吸气槽吸出粉尘，粉尘经滤水槽沉入水底部，达到过滤粉尘的目的。

实施例一：如图1所示的烫印纸张水过滤除尘装置，设置在圆压圆烫印生产线的烫印色组和纸张收卷辊之间，由吹气装置和除尘装置构成，所述吹气装置包括开有吹气孔2的进气管1，所述进气管1与压缩空气气源相连接，所述除尘装置包括开有吸气槽4的排气管3，排气管3上设置有抽气泵5，排气管3的末端***过滤水槽6中。
