Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种水泡泥罐装操作台，它是在支架上安放一个敞口箱，在支架旁固定上带水针的水管，水管底部串接一个脚踏式水阀开关。灌装水泡泥时踩下脚踏式开关，即可开启阀门灌装水泡泥，抬脚即可关闭阀门，未灌装水泡泥及灌装后的水泡泥均可放在操作台敞口箱内，从而达到一人快速灌装水泡泥和防止防尘水流入巷道的效果。

本实用新型涉及煤矿井下用的操作台，尤其涉及水泡泥罐装操作台。
背景技术
目前有些煤矿的回采和掘进工作面***作业时需用水泡泥，原灌装水泡泥设施是从防尘水管路引出水管并安装灌装阀门，灌装水泡泥时，需开启阀门，灌装完一个后关闭阀门，然后灌装下一个，效率低，开启关闭阀门频繁，而有时工人图省事不关闭阀门则会造成防尘水流入巷道内，形成积水，卫生面貌差。
发明内容
为了提高效率，本实用新型提供一种水泡泥罐装操作台。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：它是在支架上安放一个敞口箱，在支架旁固定上带水针的水管，水管底部串接一个脚踏式水阀开关。
为了防止敞口箱内积水，在敞口箱的底侧设有放水口。
本实用新型的优点是：灌装水泡泥时踩下脚踏式开关，即可开启阀门灌装水泡泥，抬脚即可关闭阀门，未灌装水泡泥及灌装后的水泡泥均可放在操作台敞口箱内，从而达到一人快速灌装水泡泥和防止防尘水流入巷道的效果。

具体操作方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的水泡泥罐装操作台是在支架6上安放有敞口箱2，在支架6旁固定上带水针的水管3，水管3底部串接一个脚踏式水阀开关5，在敞口箱2的底侧设有放水口4。
