本实用新型涉及到LED射灯也称PAD灯,特别涉及到一种30瓦以上LED高瓦数PAR灯。
背景技术
传统LED射灯使用的散热器材料与及生产工艺(车铝,压铸)制约导热系数低不能满足LED大瓦数灯具的散热要求,众多的普通LED聚集在狭小的空间内,LED发光产生的热量不能及时散发使灯体内产生高温,常会有LED灯会因温度过高,导致亮度衰减乃致死灯等现象发生,使射灯寿命大大缩短。此外,传统射灯的一量成形后,基各种功能就已固定,不可更改,目前传统PAR灯因材料因素制约,瓦数只能做到30瓦以下,不能满足各行业的照明需求,给生产者和消费者都带来不便。

针对于传统LED射灯中存在散热不良的缺点,本实用新型一种LED射灯有效的解决了这方面的问题,提供一种散热良好,提升LED灯具瓦数的射灯。
本实用新型解决其技术问题及其采用的技术方案是:
一种LED射灯由面盖、透光片、透镜、光源板、发光LED、散热器、电源盖、灯头组成;灯头与电源盖悬接固定在散热器上,光源板紧贴散热器,光源板上设有发光LED,发光LED***设有透镜,其中透镜上面设有透光片,面盖与散热器悬接成一整体。
进一步所述一种LED射灯,散热器采用双面拉丝铝片材料,片片相扣组成散热器。
进一步所述一种LED射灯,面盖设有空气对流孔,利用空气对流散热。
本实用新型的有益效果明显,更好的解决PAD灯的散热问题,解决因材料因素制约,瓦数可达到30瓦以上,良好的散热,避免温度过高烧坏LED灯,延长LED的使用寿命。

进一步所述一种LED射灯,散热器6采用双面拉丝铝片材料,片片相扣组成散热器。
进一步所述一种LED射灯,面盖1设有空气对流孔,利用空气对流散热。
