Abstract

本实用新型涉及风力发电,特别是一种由两组风轮分别驱动发电机转子和可转动定子的风力发电机。这种双组风轮驱动式风力发电机,其特征在于由风轮组A、风轮组B、直驱式双轴发电机、塔架、轴承座和联轴器组成,风轮组A用轴承座安装在塔架的上部,通过联轴器与安装在塔架中部的直驱式双轴发电机的转子轴连接;风轮组B用上下两组轴承座安装在直驱式双轴发电机的下面,风轮轴通过联轴器与直驱式双轴发电机的可转动定子连接。两组风轮的叶片捕获风能的角度相反,在捕获风能后,带动各自的风轮轴做反向的旋转,再分别驱动发电机的转子和可转动的定子做反方向的转动,从而提高了发电机转子的相对定子的转速,达到更高的发电效率。

本实用新型涉及风力发电设备,特别是一种由两组风轮分别驱动发电机转子和可转动定子的风力发电机。 
背景技术
当前的风力发电机,是通过一组风轮捕获风能后,带动风轮轴旋转,风轮轴的转动机械能传递到增速齿轮箱增速,再由输出轴带动发电机发电。 
时下的一种直驱式风力发电机,取消了沉重的噪声大的齿轮增速箱,在低转速下也能正常发电,但是由于风轮的转速低,因此发电效率也相对较低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型风轮驱动的风力发电机,结构简单,又能解决现有风力发电机发电效率较低的问题。 
本实用新型的一种双组风轮驱动式风力发电机,由风轮、直驱式发电机、塔架和连接部件组成,其特征在于所说的风轮为两组,分为风轮组A和风轮组B、风轮组A用轴承座安装在塔架的上部,通过联轴器与安装在塔架中部的直驱式双轴发电机的转子轴连接; 
风轮组B用上下两组轴承座安装在直驱式双轴发电机的下面,风轮轴通过联轴器与直驱式双轴发电机的可转动定子连接。
所述两组风轮组A和风轮组B的叶片的角度相反,在捕获风能后,两组风轮便做旋向相反的转动,分别驱动直驱式双轴发电机的转子和可转动的定子做反向转动。 
本实用新型的双组风轮驱动式风力发电机的发电效率远远大于传统的单风轮组的发电机,风轮从风能吸收的功率用下面的公式表示:

其中Pwt是风轮输出功率,Cp是分论的功率系数,A是风轮扫风面积,ρ是空气密度,v是风速,由公式可以看出,风轮的输出功率与风速的三次方成正比,而风速是提供风轮旋转的主要条件,在风速恒定的条件下,双组风轮驱动式风力机的两组反向转动的风轮轴的相对转速远大于传统的单风轮组风力机的转速,两组风轮的叶片捕获风能的角度相反,在捕获风能后,带动各自的风轮轴做反向的旋转,再分别驱动发电机的转子和可转动的定子做反方向的转动,从而提高了发电机转子的相对定子的转速,达到更好的发电效率。
同时本实用新型的垂直轴型还能捕捉任意方向的风能,不需要对风装置,也不存在扭缆和解缆的问题,结构简单、维护方便,适合中小型、独立的风能供电***,其结构也适合与建筑物一体化,是绿色低碳的优选产品。

实施例1:一种双组风轮驱动式风力发电机,其风轮组A(1)用轴承座(2)安装在塔架(9)的上部,风轮组B(7)用上轴承座(6)、下轴承座(8)安装在塔架(9)的下部,风轮组A(1)的风轮轴和直驱式双轴发电机(4)的转子轴用联轴器(3)连接,风轮组B(7)的风轮轴与直驱式双轴发电机(4)的可转动定子用联轴器(5)连接,两组风轮捕获风能后,产生反向转动的机械能带动发电机发电。

1.一种双组风轮驱动式风力发电机,其特征在于由风轮组A(1)、风轮组B(7)、直驱式双轴发电机(4)、塔架(9)、轴承座(2、6、8)和联轴器(3、5)组成,风轮组A(1)用轴承座(2)安装在塔架(9)的上部,通过联轴器(3)与安装在塔架(9)中部的直驱式双轴发电机(4)的转子轴连接;
风轮组B(7)用上下两组轴承座(6、8)安装在直驱式双轴发电机(4)的下面,风轮轴通过联轴器(5)与直驱式双轴发电机(4)的可转动定子连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的双组风轮驱动式风力发电机,其特征在于所说的两组风轮组A(1)和风轮组B(7)的叶片的角度相反,在捕获风能后,两组风轮便做旋向相反的转动,分别驱动直驱式双轴发电机的转子和可转动的定子做反向转动。
