Abstract

一种输电铁塔组件的调整装置,包括中空的横杆,横杆内对称设置连杆,两个连杆分别与横杆是轴向轨道幅配合,两个连杆的端部均设置有与铁塔组件相配合的U形卡槽,在连杆的另一端设置有丝杠孔,两个连杆通过丝杠连接,丝杠的两端的螺纹方向相反,丝杠中心位置对应的横杆上设置有环向缺口,丝杠中心位置套设有调节装置。所述的调节装置是固定在丝杠中心位置的调节柄。本实用新型采用两个连杆端部的U型卡槽与铁塔的立杆相连,两个连杆与横杆是轴向轨道副配合,而两个连杆与同一根丝杠连接,且与两个连杆对应的丝杠上的螺纹方向相反,保证了在拧动丝杠的时候,连杆在横杆内向相反方向直线移动或者相向移动,而且该结构便于调节铁塔立杆,以使其适应紧固件的安装,操作方便、省力。

整装置。
背景技术
铁塔在电力线路中应用广泛,在实际使用中经常需要在塔基的立杆之间连接紧固件,有时紧固件与铁塔立杆之间不能很好的连接,其原因是塔基立杆之间的距离不合适,这时需要适当使立杆变形即可,通常由人力扳动立杆实现其与紧固件的连接。这种方法非常费力,劳动强度大,而且效果不好,有时也不能保证紧固件的正确安装,不能确保电力铁塔的安全稳固,影响输电线路的安全运行。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足提供一种输电铁塔组件地调整装置。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种输电铁塔组件的调整装置,包括中空的横杆,横杆内对称设置连杆,两个连杆分别与横杆是轴向轨道幅配合,两个连杆的端部均设置有与铁塔组件相配合的U形卡槽,在连杆的另一端设置有丝杠孔,两个连杆通过丝杠连接,丝杠的两端的螺纹方向相反,丝杠中心位置对应的横杆上设置有环向缺口,丝杠中心位置套设有调节装置。
上述输电铁塔组件的调整装置,所述丝杠的轴向中心线、两个连杆的轴向中心线及横杆的轴向中心线重合。 
上述输电铁塔组件的调整装置,所述的调节装置是调节螺母。 
上述输电铁塔组件的调整装置,所述的调节装置是固定在丝杠中心位置的调节柄。 
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有以下优点:本实用新型采用两个连杆端部的U型卡槽与铁塔的立杆相连,两个连杆与横杆是轴向轨道副配合,而两个连杆与同一根丝杠连接,且与两个连杆对应的丝杠上的螺纹方向相反,保证了在拧动丝杠的时候,连杆在横杆内向相反方向直线移动或者相向移动,而且该结构便于调节铁塔立杆,以使其适应紧固件的安装,操作方便、省力。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种输电铁塔组件的调整装置,包括中空的横杆2,横杆2内对称设置连杆1、8,两个连杆分别与横杆是轴向轨道幅配合,两个连杆的端部均设置有与铁塔组件相配合的U形卡槽10、9,在连杆的另一端设置有丝杠孔3、11,两个连杆通过丝杠连接,丝杠的两端的螺纹方向相反,即螺纹4、7,丝杠中心位置对应的横杆上设置有环向缺口5,丝杠中心位置套设有调节装置,所述丝杠的轴向中心线、两个连杆的轴向中心线及横杆的轴向中心线重合。 
如图1所示,所述的调节装置是调节螺母6。 
如图2所示,所述的调节装置是固定在丝杠中心位置的调节柄12。

1.一种输电铁塔组件的调整装置,其特征在于:包括中空的横杆(2),横杆(2)内对称设置连杆(1、8),两个连杆分别与横杆是轴向轨道幅配合,两个连杆的端部均设置有与铁塔组件相配合的U形卡槽(10、9),在连杆的另一端设置有丝杠孔(3、11),两个连杆通过丝杠连接,丝杠的两端的螺纹方向相反,丝杠中心位置对应的横杆上设置有环向缺口(5),丝杠中心位置套设有调节装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输电铁塔组件的调整装置,其特征在于:所述丝杠的轴向中心线、两个连杆的轴向中心线及横杆的轴向中心线重合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的输电铁塔组件的调整装置,其特征在于:所述的调节装置是调节螺母(6)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的输电铁塔组件的调整装置,其特征在于:所述的调节装置是固定在丝杠中心位置的调节柄(12)。
