背景技术
在工厂车间内生产中会存在大量粉尘，粉尘在空气中阻力大、影响工作工作效率，造成室内环境污染，有害身体的健康广泛使用的除尘器，含尘气体从进气管进入除尘器，通过导流板迫使除尘器内的含尘气体作由上而下的圆周运动，并在离心力的作用下，固体尘粒被甩向筒壁而被捕集，被分离的气体则在筒壁上的排气管中排出。这种产品虽然在离心力的作用下能分离出含尘气体中的固体尘粒，但是在其工作时，阻力大、工作效率低，对含尘气体中的一部分微小的固体尘粒还是无法彻底分离。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种新型过滤除尘装置，自动清灰效果好，使用寿命长，减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。
其技术方案是：主要是由鼓风机、过滤箱、分离箱、排砂装置组成，鼓风机连接过滤箱，过滤箱和分离箱通过管线连接，所述的过滤箱、分离箱均不设置箱底与排砂装置联通，分离箱顶部设有出气口；所述的过滤箱内设有过滤网。

本实用新型主要是由鼓风机1、过滤箱2、分离箱4、排砂装置5组成，鼓风机1连接过滤箱2，过滤箱2和分离箱4通过管线3连接，所述的过滤箱2、分离箱4均不设置箱底与排砂装置5联通，分离箱4顶部设有出气口8，所述的过滤箱2内设有过滤网7，所述的出气口8处设有挡板9。
使用时，启动鼓风机，鼓风机将空气中含有大量杂质的气体吸入，首先通过过滤箱进行分离，过滤完后的空气进入到过滤箱，颗粒粉尘落入到排砂装置，分离后的气体经过出气口排出室外，排砂装置底部通过排砂管6连接收集装置，完成除尘工作。

1.一种新型过滤除尘装置，其特征是：主要是由鼓风机（1）、过滤箱（2）、分离箱（4）、排砂装置（5）组成，鼓风机（1）连接过滤箱（2），过滤箱（2）和分离箱（4）通过管线（3）连接，所述的过滤箱（2）、分离箱（4）均不设置箱底与排砂装置（5）联通，分离箱（4）顶部设有出气口（8）；所述的过滤箱（2）内设有过滤网（7）。
