技术领域：
本实用新型涉及污水处理装置，尤其是一种浅层砂过滤器。适用用于钢铁冶炼厂、电力、石油化工、市政工程、食品加工厂、造纸、橡胶皮革制造厂等其他水处理设施。
技术背景：
目前在我国污水过滤装置主要使用高速和中速过滤器，这些过滤器滤料层高、体积庞大、结构复杂，运行起来耗能大、造价高、性价比低。
发明内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种在连续过滤时，通过石英砂过滤来清除水中杂质，最大限度的利用二次循环净化水。
本实用新型过滤器所采用的技术方案是：所述过滤器结构采用立式上下半球体组合而成，由上半球体、下半球体、拦截滤网、差压控制器、三通阀、布水器、石英砂、收集器、水帽组成，上半球体上设有一个进水口，下半球体上设有一个出水口，另外上下半球体中间设有一个拦截滤网；球体进水口设有一个布水器，出水口设有收集器，收集器上连接着水帽，水帽上覆盖着石英砂；球体外部设有差压控制器。
本实用新型过滤器是利用水的压力等自然物理特性，采用石英砂过滤和水帽收集的作用，立式上下半球体、拦截滤网和浅层滤料组合而成，它摒弃了多层滤料，降低了能耗，简化了过滤方式，适应各种恶劣环境，结构简单、维护方便、寿命长，达到了固液分离的效果，降低了生产成本，是一种理想的浅层砂过滤器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型浅层砂过滤器作进一步说明。
从图1可以看出，所述浅层砂过滤器结构采用立式上下半球体组合而成，上半球体1上设有一个进水口6和一个三通阀5，进水口6上固定着布水器7，下半球体4上设有一个出水口11，上面固定着收集器10，收集器10上连接着水帽9；在收集器10和水帽9上覆盖着石英砂8；下半球体4外部还设有差压控制器3，上半球体1和下半球体4中间设有一个拦截滤网2。
本实用新型过滤器利用水的压力等一些自然物理特性，通过布水器的布水和石英砂的自然过滤，对水中的污物杂质进行去除。工作时污水从三通阀5进入进水口6，通过布水器7布水后均匀进入内腔，在通过拦截滤网2时进行粗过滤，然后由石英砂8精过滤后进入水帽9，再由收集器10汇合通过出水口11流出；经过一段时间工作后，拦截滤网2和石英砂9上的杂质增多，内腔压力升高，超过差压设定值，差压控制器3发出信号，三通阀5的进水口关闭排污口打开，清水或滤后水由出水口11进入收集器10，再通过水帽9进入石英砂8中，对石英砂8和拦截滤网2中的污物杂质进行冲洗，冲洗出来的污物杂质顺着水流由布水器7和进水口6再经过三通阀5的排污口流出，直至差压降到设定值以内。

1.一种浅层砂过滤器，所述过滤器结构采用立式上下半球体组合结构，由上半球体、下半球体、拦截滤网、差压控制器、三通阀、布水器、石英砂、收集器、水帽组成，其特征是上半球体上设有一个进水口，下半球体上设有一个出水口，另外上下半球体中间设有一个拦截滤网；球体进水口设有一个布水器，出水口设有收集器，收集器上连接着水帽，水帽上覆盖着石英砂；球体外部设有差压控制器。
