本实用新型的有益技术效果是：将普通拖帕的手柄设计为一根管道，上端接自来水，下端利用小孔将其喷出，这样的设计的优点在于如果拖地时需要浇水，直接利用手柄管道浇水即可，这样的设计方便适用。
