技术领域
    本实用新型一种高倍聚光太阳能电池,涉及的是太阳能利用的技术领域,特别涉及利用玻璃体和反射膜对阳光进行反射和折射及棱镜的折射,将阳光聚集于太阳能电池片的高倍聚光太阳能电池的技术领域,应用于太阳能聚光发电。
背景技术
    目前,国内外利用可再生的自然资源发电,主要是太阳能、风能。为充分利用取之不尽的可再生资源,大力兴建太阳能光伏电站,用于补充电力供应的不足,节约不可再生资源。现在市场上的聚光太阳能电池以菲涅尔透镜聚光为主,利用透镜将阳光进行聚焦。由于其主要依赖菲涅尔透镜的聚集效果,对菲涅尔透镜本身品质有较高要求。并且菲涅尔透镜利用的是透镜聚焦原理,其聚光倍数是透镜面积与光斑面积的比值,需要精确控制光斑大小,技术难度很大。国内能够生产菲涅尔透镜的厂家只有寥寥几家,能够精确控制的厂家更是凤毛麟角。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,根据光线的直线传播和光学玻璃折射的原理,利用光在玻璃体内多次反射和棱镜的折射,设计一种将太阳光聚集到太阳能电池片上,达到高倍聚光效果的一种高倍聚光太阳能电池。其技术是这样实现的:包括玻璃外壳、棱镜、太阳能电池片、反射膜在内的结构,其特征在于: 玻璃外壳底面置有太阳能电池片;玻璃外壳内表面太阳能电池片上固定有棱镜;玻璃外壳外表面设有反射膜,所述的棱镜可以是三棱镜、四棱镜、五棱镜或六棱镜。实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是:与现有技术相比,具有制作要求不高、成本低、技术难度小、聚光倍数可达到五倍甚至十数倍的聚光效果,提升了太阳能电池的发电效率,节约了不可再生资源。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,以四棱镜这例,对本实用新型作进一步描述:
见附图1,玻璃外壳1底面置有太阳能电池片3;玻璃外壳1内表面太阳能电池片上固定有四棱镜2;玻璃外壳1外表面设有反射膜4。
见附图1,安装时,玻璃外壳1底面分别置有一排6片太阳能电池片3;玻璃外壳1内表面太阳能电池片上分别固定有四棱镜2;玻璃外壳1外表面设有反射膜4。当阳光入射到高倍聚光太阳能电池时,一方面太阳光穿过四棱镜2的表面折射到太阳能电池片3,产生四倍的聚光效果;另外,阳光穿过玻璃外壳1,到达反射膜4,此时,反射膜4将阳光反射到四棱镜2和太阳能电池片3,太阳能电池片3增加了多角度的光照,使太阳能电池片3的光照强度超过阳光直接照射太阳能电池片3的光照强度五倍以上,提高了太阳能电池片3的发电效率。

1.一种高倍聚光太阳能电池,包括玻璃外壳、棱镜、太阳能电池片、反射膜在内的结构,其特征在于: 玻璃外壳底面置有太阳能电池片;玻璃外壳内表面太阳能电池片上固定有棱镜;玻璃外壳外表面设有反射膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高倍聚光太阳能电池,其特征在于:所述的棱镜可以是三棱镜、四棱镜、五棱镜或六棱镜。
