背景技术
目前，模具中拉料钉的安装结构比较简单，通常包括：开设在内、外分型板中的拉料钉孔。在实际使用过程中，拉料钉与内、外分型板相互摩擦，造成内、外分型板中的拉料钉孔的磨损，相对而言，内分型板中的拉料钉孔的磨损尤其严重，从而导致整个内分型板报废，无形中增加了生产成本。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种不与内分型板接触的模具中拉料钉的安装结构。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：模具中拉料钉的安装结构，包括：由叠合在一起的内、外分型板构成的定模，所述的内分型板中镶嵌有与拉料钉相配合的镶套，所述的外分型板上开设有与镶套内孔相配合的拉料钉孔。
所述的外分型板在拉料钉孔外侧沿口开设有与拉料钉的钉帽相配合的钉帽孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型通过在内分型板中镶嵌镶套，避免了拉料钉与内分型板接触，使得拉料钉与镶套接触，这样，一方面可以采用模具钢等硬质材料来制作镶套，增强其耐磨性，另一方面，即使镶套磨损，也只需要更换镶套就行，而不致于整个内分型板报废，节省了生产成本。此外，外分型板上的钉帽孔，可以使拉料钉的钉帽沉入钉帽孔中，保持外分型板外表面的平整，大大方便了模具的安置摆放。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的模具中拉料钉的安装结构，包括：由叠合在一起的内分型板2、外分型板1构成的定模，内分型板2中镶嵌有与拉料钉4相配合的镶套3，外分型板1上开设有与镶套3的内孔相配合的拉料钉孔；在本实施例中，所述的外分型板1在拉料钉孔外侧沿口开设有与拉料钉4的钉帽40相配合的钉帽孔。
使用时，拉料钉4与镶套3接触，这样，一方面可以采用模具钢等硬质材料来制作镶套3，增强镶套3的耐磨性，另一方面，即使镶套3磨损，也只需要更换镶套3就行，而不致于整个内分型板2报废，节省了生产成本。
