背景技术
铝合金熔炼具有热量消耗多、易氧化、易吸气、容易吸收其它金属杂质的特性。在铝合金熔炼过程中，由于炉衬，工具，各种精炼剂、添加剂等会与铝熔体相接触，从而会导致产生大量的炉铝渣。这些炉铝渣需要及时清理出去，否则会导致产品中杂质超标。
在实际生产过程中，由于熔炼炉较大，员工在操作扒渣及搅拌工具时，操作费力，且容易碰到炉壁，碰坏熔炼炉壁的保温层。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便扒取炉内废渣及搅拌铝液的铝熔炼炉炉门滚杠装置，以减轻操作工的劳动强度，保护炉壁。
