Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种船用防腐蚀钢丝绳,是在组成钢丝绳的各钢丝外周先镀覆有镀锌层,再在镀锌层之外周涂覆环氧树脂涂层。该镀锌层对钢丝具有很好的保护抗氧化的功能,再加上环氧树脂涂层进一步保护了钢丝防止腐蚀,双重的保护作用令船用钢丝绳的耐腐蚀能力更强,使用寿命更佳。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳,特别是指一种船用防腐蚀钢丝绳。
背景技术
由于船是处于水中作业的运输工具,特别是在海上行驶的轮船,其使用的钢丝绳在其寿命上都具有较为严格的要求,原因一是长期与水接触,对钢丝绳的腐蚀性较大,二是在与具有盐份的海水接触,对钢丝绳的腐蚀性会更大。
因此,目前船用的钢丝绳都要求镀锌以达防腐蚀、抗氧化的作用,但是对于长期浸于海水中,钢丝绳的镀锌表层容易脱落,致使该处的钢丝绳失去抗腐蚀能力,影响钢丝绳的使用寿命。
鉴于前述分析,本设计人针对现有的船用钢丝绳结构进行研究改进,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种船用防腐蚀钢丝绳,其可提高钢丝绳的防腐蚀能力,以延长船用钢丝绳的使用寿命。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种船用防腐蚀钢丝绳,其中:是在组成钢丝绳的各钢丝外周先镀覆有镀锌层,再在镀锌层之外周涂覆环氧树脂涂层。
采用上述方案后,由于本实用新型是在构成钢丝绳的各钢丝上依次涂覆有镀锌层与环氧树脂层,该镀锌层对钢丝具有很好的保护抗氧化的功能,再加上环氧树脂涂层进一步保护了钢丝防止腐蚀,双重的保护作用令船用钢丝绳的耐腐蚀能力更强,使用寿命更佳。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型揭示了一种船用防腐环氧钢丝绳A,其中该钢丝绳A是由若干条钢丝1缠绕在一起而形成,其中各钢丝1为光圆或是带肋的各种形式,首先是在钢丝1之外周先利用化学方法镀覆有一层镀锌层2;之后再利用物理方法在钢丝1的镀锌层2之外周再涂覆有一层环氧树脂涂层3,如此形成的钢丝具有双层保护结构。
首先该镀锌层2对钢丝1具有很好的保护抗氧化的功能,再加上环氧树脂涂层3进一步保护了钢丝1防止腐蚀,双重的保护作用令船用钢丝绳的耐腐蚀能力更强,使用寿命更佳。
