Abstract
一种底架地板滑动式焊接夹具，其特征在于：在地板横梁组成上固定有滑道，滑块安装在滑道上与滑道间隙配合。本实用新型使滑块在滑道上确定位置后固定，这样地板上的滑动槽能躲开滑动块，使地板顺利铺在工装上，达到地板整体平整，从而满足不同规格的地板组对，实现工装通用可调，满足多品种生产。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种底架地板滑动式焊接夹具。
背景技术
在铝合金车生产时，公司引进的德国专用大型工装(底架地板组焊夹具116-54542/45)只能生产深圳地铁单一车型，不适应广州地铁、武汉轻轨、天津地铁、上海地铁、重庆单轨等多品种生产。该装置上的横梁定位机构是固定形式的无法调整，只能满足地板在此装置上的正面焊接，不适应底架地板翻转后的反面焊接。因为各种车的地板宽度不一、地板上的滑动槽位置不同，原装置固定机构无法将地板上的滑动槽躲开，使地板铺在工装的滑动块上，整体不平整，无法保证质量。因此不适合生产其他车型地板反面焊接。如果重新投入新工装，不仅周期长、费用高，而且占地面积大，每套占地面积(130平方米)，不利于工艺布局。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通用化的焊接夹具，提高产品质量，减少工装再投入，适应多品种生产。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种底架地板滑动式焊接夹具，其特征在于：在地板横梁组成上固定有滑道，滑块安装在滑道上与滑道间隙配合。
为防止划伤地板表面，滑块上设有塑料定位板。
本实用新型使滑块在滑道上确定位置后固定，这样地板上的滑动槽能躲开滑动块，使地板顺利铺在工装上，达到地板整体平整，从而满足不同规格的地板组对，实现工装通用可调，满足多品种生产。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型是在原装置上设计的，将原装置定位机构(固定式)拆除，在地板横梁组成1上通过螺栓5固定有滑道3，滑块2安装在滑道上与滑道间隙配合，两侧滑动间隙为1MM，与底板1MM，当滑块调整到规定位置后，用锁紧螺钉5定位。为防止划伤地板表面，滑块上设有塑料定位板4。

1.一种底架地板滑动式焊接夹具，其特征在于：在地板横梁组成上固定有滑道，滑块安装在滑道上与滑道间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的底架地板滑动式焊接夹具，其特征在于：滑块上设有塑料定位板。
