本实用新型涉及一种导轨型材,沿型材长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面,包括彼此分离的两顶板、沿两顶板外侧向下延伸的两侧板以及连接两侧板的底板,所述两顶板的内侧设置有倒钩,所述两顶板的底端向内延伸有漏斗形导槽,所述底板的外侧向上延伸有卡钩。本实用新型通过设置倒钩和卡钩,与太阳能板支撑件以及楼顶等平面紧固稳定,太阳能板放置平衡且不会脱落,太阳能板利用率高,使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种型材,尤其涉及一种导轨型材。
背景技术
    随着太阳能产业的发展,太阳能支撑装置的使用范围和领域越来越大,安装数量也极其庞大,目前太阳能支撑装置的主要部件是将阳光转换成热能或电能的太阳能板,使用时太阳能板通过导轨支架固定安装在阳光充裕的地方,太阳能板的安装成本和安装可靠性在太阳能源利用中占据着重要的位置。由于安装位置差异性很大,有些是安装在楼顶等平面上,有些是安装在墙面或复杂的不规则地形中,这样就造成了在不同的使用场合需要制造不同的导轨支架。
传统导轨型材只有支撑的作用,卡固不稳定,太阳能板放置不平衡且容易脱落,而且形状均较复杂,模具加工工艺性差,易损坏,使用寿命短,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、卡固稳定的导轨型材。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种导轨型材,沿型材长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面,包括彼此分离的两顶板、沿两顶板外侧向下延伸的两侧板以及连接两侧板的底板,所述两顶板的内侧设置有倒钩,所述两顶板的底端向内延伸有漏斗形导槽,所述底板的外侧向上延伸有卡钩。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,导轨型材进一步包括所述侧板包括第一侧板、连接第一侧板且向内倾斜设置的过渡侧板、以及连接过渡侧板的第二侧板。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,导轨型材进一步包括所述底板的两端沿长度方向设置有截面呈方形的通槽。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,导轨型材进一步包括所述导轨型材沿平行于所述两顶板的中心轴线左右对称。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,导轨型材进一步包括所述导轨型材是铝合金型材。
本实用新型解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型通过设置倒钩和卡钩,与太阳能板支撑件以及楼顶等平面紧固稳定,太阳能板放置平衡且不会脱落,太阳能板利用率高,使用寿命长。

如图1、图2所示,一种导轨型材,沿型材长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面,包括彼此分离的两顶板1、2、沿两顶板1、2外侧向下延伸的两侧板3、4以及连接两侧板3、4的底板5,所述两顶板1、2的内侧设置有倒钩6,所述两顶板1、2的底端向内延伸有漏斗形导槽7,太阳能板支撑件卡入倒钩6与漏斗形导槽7的侧壁围成的空间内,所述底板5的外侧向上延伸有卡钩8,用于和挂钩配合固定到楼顶等平面上。
本实用新型优选所述侧板3包括第一侧板9、连接第一侧板9且向内倾斜设置的过渡侧板10、以及连接过渡侧板10的第二侧板11。
为了减轻重量,便于操作,所述底板5的两端沿长度方向设置有截面呈方形的通槽12。
本实用新型优选所述导轨型材13沿平行于所述两顶板1、2的中心轴线左右对称,加工简便、美观大方。
本实用新型优选所述导轨型材13是铝合金型材,塑性好,强度高,具有优良的抗蚀性。

1.一种导轨型材,沿型材长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面,其特征在于:包括彼此分离的两顶板、沿两顶板外侧向下延伸的两侧板以及连接两侧板的底板,所述两顶板的内侧设置有倒钩,所述两顶板的底端向内延伸有漏斗形导槽,所述底板的外侧向上延伸有卡钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导轨型材,其特征在于:所述侧板包括第一侧板、连接第一侧板且向内倾斜设置的过渡侧板、以及连接过渡侧板的第二侧板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导轨型材,其特征在于:所述底板的两端沿长度方向设置有截面呈方形的通槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导轨型材,其特征在于:所述导轨型材沿平行于所述两顶板的中心轴线左右对称。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导轨型材,其特征在于:所述导轨型材是铝合金型材。
