背景技术
目前，现有的机油加热件结构设计单一，只能将其旋接在机油箱的底部，用于封住油箱内的机油，除此之外别无他用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种结构设计合理，能够对油箱内的机油进行加热，且加热效果好的机油加热件。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
机油加热件，其特殊之处在于包括与油箱出油口相旋接的基座本体1，基座本体1一端连有带内腔的壳体6，壳体6内安装有加热装置，壳体6上设有用于供机油进出的放油孔2；
所述加热装置为盘踞于壳体6内腔的加热线3，加热线3的端线穿过基座本体1与外部电源相连接；
为了达到较好的密封效果，所述壳体6上穿过加热线3的部位封有密封胶5；
为了实现机油的合理循环、缩短加热时间，所述壳体6上的放油孔2为2排或2排以上排列于壳体6的侧壁上，以2-5排为佳；
为了实现机油的合理循环、缩短加热时间，所述壳体6的端口设有封壳7，封壳7的方案一为封闭的实体封板，封壳7的方案二为中间开口、外侧是实体的封板，封壳7的方案三为开设有供机油进出的放油孔2的实体封板；
为了增强密封功能，所述壳体6的外壁上安装有O型密封圈4。
本实用新型结构设计合理，加热效率高，加热装置与进出油孔配合使用，可以将油箱内的油迅速加热，耗电少，具有非常广阔的应用前景。

本实施例的机油加热件，具有加热功能的放油螺丝，包括与油箱出油口相旋接的基座本体1，基座本体1一端连有带内腔的壳体6，壳体6内安装有加热装置，壳体6上设有用于供机油进出的放油孔2；加热装置为盘踞于壳体6内腔的加热线3，加热线3的端线穿过基座本体1与外部电源相连接；为了达到较好的密封效果，壳体6上穿过加热线3的部位封有密封胶5；为了实现机油的合理循环、缩短加热时间，壳体6上的放油孔2为2排或2排以上排列于壳体6的侧壁上，以2-5排为佳；为了实现机油的合理循环、缩短加热时间，壳体6的端口设有封壳7，封壳7的方案一为封闭的实体封板，封壳7的方案二为中间开口、外侧是实体的封板，封壳7的方案三为开设有供机油进出的放油孔2的实体封板；为了增强密封功能，壳体6的外壁上安装有O型密封圈4。

1.机油加热件，其特征在于包括与油箱出油口相旋接的基座本体（1），基座本体（1）一端连有带内腔的壳体（6），壳体（6）内安装有加热装置，壳体（6）上设有用于供机油进出的放油孔（2）。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机油加热件，其特征在于所述加热装置为盘踞于壳体（6）内腔的加热线（3），加热线（3）的端线穿过基座本体（1）与外部电源相连接。
3、按照权利要求1所述的机油加热件，其特征在于所述壳体（6）上穿过加热线（3）的部位封有密封胶（5）。
4、按照权利要求1所述的机油加热件，其特征在于所述壳体（6）上的放油孔（2）为2排或2排以上排列于壳体（6）的侧壁上。
5、按照权利要求1所述的机油加热件，其特征在于所述壳体（6）的端口设有封壳（7），封壳（7）的方案一为封闭的实体封板，封壳（7）的方案二为中间开口、外侧是实体的封板，封壳（7）的方案三为开设有供机油进出的放油孔（2）的实体封板。
6、按照权利要求1所述的机油加热件，其特征在于所述壳体（6）的外壁上安装有O型密封圈（4）。
