背景技术
在流体输送各个领域及生产、生活中，都对流体的洁净程度有不同程度的要求，需要对流体进行过滤净化，从而达到生产、生活中所需的质量要求，尤其是对于天然气、煤层气以及各类流体来说，由于其中含有游离水和固体杂质，会对后续的生产造成不良影响。
发明内容
为了消除流体中游离水和固体杂质对输送以及生产领域的不良影响，本实用新型提出一种可拆换卧篮式过滤器。
可拆换卧篮式过滤器，其技术方案为，包括过滤筒和滤芯，滤芯安装在过滤筒内部，滤芯一端与过滤筒右端的进液口连接，过滤筒侧壁上开有出液口，滤芯是中空的直筒状，过滤筒内部被滤芯分为滤芯内的过滤室和滤芯外的净化室，在过滤筒侧壁上还分别开有放空口和排污口。
过滤筒左端开有开口，开口连接快开盲板。
本实用新型能有效的将流体内的游离水和杂质滤去，使流体更加纯净，消除不良杂质对流体运输和生产所造成的不良影响。

参照图1，可拆换卧篮式过滤器，包括过滤筒1和滤芯2，滤芯安装在过滤筒内部，滤芯一端与过滤筒右端的进液口12连接，过滤筒侧壁上开有出液口11，滤芯2是中空的直筒状，过滤筒内部被滤芯分为滤芯内的过滤室3和滤芯外的净化室4，在过滤筒侧壁上还分别开有放空口5和排污口6。
过滤筒左端开有开口，开口连接快开盲板7。快开盲板可以快速打开，便于通过开口对过滤筒内的各个零件进行更换。
本实用新型在工作时，被过滤液体由进液口进入连通进液口的过滤室，经过过滤芯过滤后进入净化室，最后由出液口排出。
放空口把在过滤筒内过滤的液体产生的多余空气放空出筒体，底部排污口可以及时将液体沉积在筒体的污物排出过滤筒。

1.可拆换卧篮式过滤器，包括过滤筒(1)和滤芯(2)，滤芯安装在过滤筒内部，滤芯一端与过滤筒右端的进液口(12)连接，过滤筒侧壁上开有出液口(11)，其特征在于，滤芯(2)是中空的直筒状，过滤筒内部被滤芯分为滤芯内的过滤室(3)和滤芯外的净化室(4)，在过滤筒侧壁上还分别开有放空口(5)和排污口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆换卧篮式过滤器，其特征在于，过滤筒左端开有开口，开口连接快开盲板(7)。
