技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗检测诊断领域,具体地讲,涉及一种肝细胞癌检测诊断***。 
背景技术
肝细胞肝癌作为消化***最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其死亡率在消化道肿瘤中占第三位 ,其远期疗效和预后取决于早诊断、早治疗。 
目前肝癌的诊断主要依靠影像手段。在临床工作中经常遇到肝内占位性病变的早期诊断和鉴别诊断困难的情况。CT和MRI平扫及强化作为诊断肝癌的重要影像学检查方法,在肿瘤的诊断分型、 判断血管受侵等方面存在明显优势,特别是MRI动态强化,可为准确诊断肝癌提供重要的影像资料,从而为选择治疗方法提供帮助。而病理组织学检查多采用穿刺活检加以鉴别,肝癌穿刺活检后虽然能确立诊断,但容易引起激惹后转移和穿刺针道转移,始终缺少一个活体无创性诊断和治疗检测的有效手段。此为现有技术的不足之处。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种肝细胞癌检测诊断***,利用磁共振波普技术和人工神经网络技术对肝细胞癌进行诊断,提高了肝细胞癌的诊断率。 
本实用新型采用如下技术手段实现发明目的:

作为对本技术方案的进一步限定,所述计算机连接无线发射模块,所述无线发射模块对应设置有无线接收终端。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:本实用新型的呼吸门控腹带置于患者的中腹部,利用P-liver 2D-csi(化学位移) 多体素采集数据,Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈采集31P-MRS数据,置于右季肋区,俯卧位或仰卧位,Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈将采集的数据信息经过处理后发送到计算机,利用人工智能技术对31P-MRS参数进行全面的分析提取特征向量,建立分析活体无创性诊断肝细胞癌的数学模型,提高了肝细胞癌诊断的正确率。无线发射模块可以将计算机的诊断信息发送到各个无线接收终端进行显示,便于人们及时了解病患者的疾病情况。

下面结合附图和优选实施例对本实用新型作更进一步的详细描述。 
参见图1,本实用新型包括超导磁共振扫描仪、呼吸门控腹带、Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈、计算机、无线发射模块、无线接收装置。所述磁共振扫描仪上设置有呼吸门控腹带,还包括与所述磁共振扫描仪配合使用的Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈,所述Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈连接计算机。 
所述计算机连接无线发射模块,所述无线发射模块对应设置有无线接收终端。 
本实用新型的呼吸门控腹带置于患者的中腹部,利用P-liver 2D-csi(化学位移) 多体素采集数据,Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈采集31P-MRS数据,置于右季肋区,俯卧位或仰卧位,Heart/Liver频谱表面线圈将采集的数据信息经过处理后发送到计算机,利用人工智能技术对31P-MRS参数进行全面的分析提取特征向量,建立分析活体无创性诊断肝细胞癌的数学模型,提高了肝细胞癌诊断的正确率。无线发射模块可以将计算机的诊断信息发送到各个无线接收终端进行显示,便于人们及时了解病患者的疾病情况。 
数据采集过程的主要参数有:FOV 300mm,Hamming滤过,平均采集次数48次,TR 440ms,TE 2.3ms,翻转角为90°,采集层厚为60mm,将VOI中心置于肝脏最大切面,采用16×16或12×12分格,水抑制35Hz,带宽4000Hz。肝脏磷谱的数据采集过程需经过四个步骤:频率调整;匀场;第二频率调整;采集数据。另外,受检者的均匀呼吸亦非常重要。
