本实用新型公开了一种螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,包含螺杆挤压机螺杆和套筒;所述螺杆挤压机螺杆分为四段;所述第一段、第二段、第三段的长度相等;所述第四段的长度小于第三段的长度;所述每段套筒外根据长度设有加热夹管;所述每一段上设有温度测量点;所述第一段、第二段、第三段、第四段的加热温度不同;本实用新型的螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,由于将螺杆挤压机螺杆在有效长度上分为四段,即增加了第四段聚合段,使得熔融体进行固相补充聚合,进一步提高其分子量,以便制取高强度的连线纤维;同时由于所述每一段上设有温度测量点和加热夹管,实行对每一段的分别加热,并且有效控制每一段的加热温度,有效提高了纤维的质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种加热装置,特别是一种螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,属于螺杆挤压设备技术领域。 
背景技术
螺杆挤压机螺杆一般在有效长度上分为三段,按螺杆直径大小、螺距、螺深确定三段有效长度,一般按各占三分之一划分。第一段为输送段,第二段叫压缩段,第三段是计量段。 
输送段主要用于输送从漏斗进入筒内的未熔化的散装原料。散装原料在压缩段中开始熔化。在螺杆这一段中,必要的良好的压缩是特别重要的,压缩比通常为3:1,有的机器也有变化,以保证散装原料的均匀熔化。计量段用于输送熔体物料,以供给机头。 
但是由于现在市场上对纤维质量要求的提高,现有三段的螺杆挤压机螺杆已经不能满足要求,同时,在这三段中,加热温度控制对纤维质量有这及其重要的影响。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能有效提高纤维质量的螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,包含螺杆挤压机螺杆和套筒;所述螺杆挤压机螺杆分为四段;所述第一段、第二段、第三段的长度相等;所述第四段的长度小于第三段的长度;所述每段套筒外根据长度设有加热夹管;所述每一段上设有温度测量点;所述第一段、第二段、第三段、第四段的加热温度不同。 
优选的,所述第四段的长度为第三段长度的二分之一。 
优选的,所述第一段、第一段、第二段、第三段上套有四个加热夹管;所述第四段上套有两个加热夹管。 
优选的, 所述第一段的温度测量点为第一段的末端位置;所述第二段的温度测量点为第二段的末端位置;所述第三段的温度测量点为第三段的中间位置;所述第四段的温度测量点为第四段的起始位置。 
优选的,所述第三段的加热温度大于第二段的加热温度;所述第二段的加热温度大于第四段的加热温度;所述第四段的加热温度大于第一段的加热温度。 
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点: 
本实用新型的螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,由于将螺杆挤压机螺杆在有效长度上分为四段,即增加了第四段聚合段,使得熔融体进行固相补充聚合,进一步提高其分子量,以便制取高强度的连线纤维;同时由于所述每一段上设有温度测量点和加热夹管,实行对每一段的分别加热,并且有效控制每一段的加热温度,有效提高了纤维的质量。

如附图1所示的本实用新型所述的一种螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,包含螺杆挤压机螺杆1和套筒2;所述螺杆挤压机螺杆1分为四段;所述第一段A、第二段B、第三段C的长度相等;所述第四段D的长度小于第三段C的长度;所述每段套筒2外根据长度设有加热夹管3;所述每一段上设有温度测量点4;所述第一段A、第二段B、第三段C、第四段D的加热温度不同;所述第四段D的长度为第三段C长度的二分之一;所述第一段A、第一段A、第二段B、第三段C上套有四个加热夹管;所述第四段D上套有两个加热夹管;所述第一段A的温度测量点为第一段A的末端位置;所述第二段B的温度测量点为第二段B的末端位置;所述第三段C的温度测量点为第三段C的中间位置;所述第四段D的温度测量点为第四段D的起始位置;所述第三段C的加热温度大于第二段B的加热温度;所述第二段B的加热温度大于第四段D的加热温度;所述第四段D的加热温度大于第一段A的加热温度。 
本实用新型螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置的工作过程:第一段输送段,单体预热,温度较低, 输送从漏斗进入筒内的未熔化的物料至第二段;第二段压缩段,时螺槽体积由大逐渐变小,并且温度要达到物料熔融程度,完成熔化的物料进入到第三段;第三段计量段,此处物料保持熔融温度,定量输送熔体物料,以供给机头,此时温度不能低于熔融温度,一般略高点;第四段聚合段,将熔融体在一定温度下进行固相补充聚合,进一步提高其分子量,以便制取高强度的连线纤维。 
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,其特征在于:所述第一段、第一段、第二段、第三段上套有四个加热夹管;所述第四段上套有两个加热夹管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆挤压机螺杆套筒分区加热装置,其特征在于: 所述第一段的温度测量点为第一段的末端位置;所述第二段的温度测量点为第二段的末端位置;所述第三段的温度测量点为第三段的中间位置;所述第四段的温度测量点为第四段的起始位置。
