1. 一种小功率LED摇头灯，包括底座、支架、灯壳、转动电机、灯座、小功率LED节能球泡灯、灯壳面玻璃，其特征是：在所述底座的中心安装所述转动电机，所述支架装在所述转动电机上，所述灯壳安装在所述支架上，所述灯座装在所述灯壳内，所述小功率LED节能球泡灯装在所述灯座上，所述灯壳面玻璃装在所述灯壳的装灯口。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小功率LED摇头灯，其特征是：所述小功率LED节能球泡灯由小功率的LED节能发光二极管串联组成灯组板，将所述灯组板装在铝压散热板灯壳内，由恒流驱动电源和节能电子元件组成电路板，将电路板装在灯组板后面并用导线连接，在铝压散热板灯壳的面上装钢化玻璃外罩，在铝压散热板灯壳的下端装灯头。
