背景技术:
目前,我国管材行业,为了解决普通PP-R管材受热容易变形的缺点,发明了PP-R塑铝稳态管,通过在PP-R外加上铝塑复合层来约束其变形,但是加上了铝塑复合层之后,在进行热熔连接前需要首先剥除外面的铝塑复合层,才能粘合施工,因而,这就增加了施工连接的劳动量,特别对于大口径管材施工难度更大。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种便于进行施工连接的PP-R塑铝稳态管,从而降低施工的劳动强度,提高施工效率,降低施工费用。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种PP-R塑铝稳态管,管材主体由内外层PP-R、中间层铝箔和铝箔内外的两层热熔胶组成,其特征在于所述的管材主体的两端固定连接管端。 
所述的管端采用PP-R材料制成。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点: 
由于采用了管材主体的两端固定连接管端的结构形式,因而,在施工时,不需要剥除外面的铝塑复合层,只需将两个管子的管端连接在一起,降低施工的劳动强度,提高施工效率,降低施工费用。

具体实施方式:
管材主体1由内外层PP-R、中间层铝箔和铝箔内外的两层热熔胶制成,在其两端各固定连接一个管端2,管端2采用PP-R材料制成。 
使用时,在施工现场,到需要将两根管子连接在一起时,只需将 两个管子的管端2通过粘结工具粘结在一起,这样,不需要剥除外面的铝塑复合层,达到了降低施工的劳动强度,提高施工效率,降低施工费用的目的。
