背景技术
现有的保温箱由箱体和箱盖构成，箱体内设有保温材料，仅起到了保温的作用。
在运输途中，经常会有震动的产生，进而会对保温箱中的物品造成冲击，现有保温箱由于结构简单，无法起到避震或者缓冲冲击的作用，使得运输过程中保温箱中物品受损的概率大大增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种保温箱，既具有避震和缓冲冲击的功能，又具有很好的保温功能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
本实用新型的一种保温箱，包括箱盖和箱体，所述箱盖和箱体均为三层结构，外层为铝合金外壳层，中层为缓冲层，内层为保温层，所述缓冲层为水凝胶层，所述保温层为气凝胶层。
上述的保温箱，其中，所述箱盖和箱体内层的内侧还贴设有一反射膜层，该反射膜层为铝薄膜层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型保温箱使用方便、实用、安全、卫生，既有传统保温箱的使用功能，又具有保温保鲜的功能；采用的凝胶层，还能在运输途中起到避震和缓冲冲击的作用，保证了保温箱中物品在运输途中的安全。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参阅图1，图中示出了本实用新型保温箱，包括箱盖2和箱体1，箱盖2和箱体1均为三层结构，外层3为铝合金外壳层，中层4为缓冲层，内层5为保温层，缓冲层为水凝胶层，保温层为气凝胶层，箱盖2和箱体1内层5的内侧还贴设有一反射膜层6，该反射膜层6为铝薄膜层。
本实用新型保温箱中层4采用的水凝胶层，可在运输途中起到避震和缓冲冲击的作用，内层5采用的气凝胶层，具有很好的保温保鲜效果，而反射膜层6所采用的铝薄膜层，能进一步起到提升保温箱的保温效果。

2.如权利要求1所述的保温箱，其特征在于，所述箱盖和箱体内层的内侧还贴设有一反射膜层，该反射膜层为铝薄膜层。
