Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,包括灯座、透光罩、感应器和遮光筒,透光罩固定于灯座顶部,感应器设置于灯座,遮光筒下端固定于灯座,上端延伸到透光罩,感应器设置于遮光筒内,本实用新型通过遮光筒能够有效防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光直接照射到感应器,亦能够有效防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光经透光罩反射、折射后照射到感应器,LED灯泡发射出的灯光不会被感应器接收到,避免LED灯泡发射出的灯光干扰感应器的感应,避免感应器误动作,提高LED灯泡感应的准确性和灵敏性。

Description

一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡
技术领域
 本实用新型涉及灯泡技术领域,特指一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于具有感应功能的LED灯泡,必须在LED灯泡的顶部设置一感应器,LED灯泡通过感应器感应人体或灯光,在人体进入感应器的感应范围内,LED灯泡被点亮。此种技术如中国专利号为“200810097926.1”、专利名称为“具有感测功能的发光装置”以及中国专利号为“02102075.2”、专利名称为“节能型发光二极管灯具”的中国专利所示。在LED灯泡被点亮后,LED灯泡发射出的灯光照射到感应器,或者,LED灯泡发射出的灯光经透光罩反射、折射后照射到感应器,LED灯泡发射出的灯光被感应器接收,LED灯泡发射出的灯光干扰感应器的感应,使感应器误动作,此为现有技术的不足,因此,现有技术有改进的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,它防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光经透光罩反射、折射后照射到感应器,避免感应器误动作,提高LED灯泡感应的准确性和灵敏性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,包括灯座、透光罩、感应器和遮光筒,透光罩固定于灯座顶部,遮光筒下端固定于灯座,上端延伸到透光罩或向上超出透光罩,感应器设置于遮光筒内。
所述LED灯泡还包括LED电路板,LED电路板设置有若干LED灯珠,LED电路板固定于灯座顶部,遮光筒为圆筒形状。
所述遮光筒上端卡接于灯座。
所述遮光筒的顶部卡接有聚光镜片。
所述透光罩开设有通孔,遮光筒的上端向上***到透光罩的通孔中。
所述遮光筒的上端边缘与透光罩的通孔的上端边缘平齐,或者遮光筒的上端边缘向上超过透光罩的通孔的上端边缘。
所述灯座包括散热器和灯头,灯头固定于散热器下端,LED电路板、透光罩、感应器和遮光筒分别设置于散热器的顶部。
所述感应器设置为红外感应器、微波感应器、光线感应器中的一种或两种。
本实用新型由于采用上述技术方案而具有的有益效果:本实用新型通过遮光筒能够有效防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光直接照射到感应器,亦能够有效防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光经透光罩反射、折射后照射到感应器,LED灯泡发射出的灯光不会被感应器接收到,避免LED灯泡发射出的灯光干扰感应器的感应,避免感应器误动作,提高LED灯泡感应的准确性和灵敏性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡的实施方式如图1至3所示,包括灯座1、透光罩2、感应器3和遮光筒4,透光罩2固定于灯座1顶部,遮光筒4下端固定于灯座1,遮光筒4上端延伸到透光罩2,或者遮光筒4上端向上超出透光罩2,感应器3设置于遮光筒4内。
LED灯泡还包括LED电路板,LED电路板设置有若干LED灯珠,LED电路板固定于灯座1顶部。
感应器3设置为红外感应器、微波感应器、光线感应器中的一种,当然,感应器3设置为红外感应器、微波感应器、光线感应器中的任意两种组合使用。
本实用新型通过遮光筒4能够有效防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光直接照射到感应器3,亦能够有效防止LED灯泡发射出的灯光经透光罩2反射、折射后照射到感应器3,LED灯泡发射出的灯光不会被感应器3接收到,避免LED灯泡发射出的灯光干扰感应器3的感应,避免感应器3误动作,提高LED灯泡感应的准确性和灵敏性。
灯座1包括散热器6和灯头7,灯头7固定于散热器6下端,LED电路板、透光罩2、感应器3和遮光筒4分别设置于散热器6的顶部。
遮光筒4为圆筒形状。遮光筒4上端卡接于灯座1。遮光筒4结构简单,组装方便。
遮光筒4的顶部卡接有聚光镜片5。聚光镜片5与透光罩2的曲面相匹配,聚光镜片5与透光罩2之间圆滑过度,外形线条顺畅,美观大方。
透光罩2开设有通孔,遮光筒4的上端向上***到透光罩2的通孔中。
于较佳实施方式中,遮光筒4的上端边缘与透光罩2的通孔的上端边缘平齐。遮光筒4的上端边缘阻挡经透光罩2折射后照射到遮光筒4的上端边缘处的灯光,防止经透光罩2折射后的灯光照射到感应器3。
于另一较佳实施方式中,遮光筒4的上端边缘向上超过透光罩2的通孔的上端边缘。遮光筒4的上端边缘阻挡经透光罩2折射后照射到遮光筒4的上端边缘处的灯光,防止经透光罩2折射后的灯光照射到感应器3。

Claims (8)

1. 一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,包括灯座(1)、透光罩(2)和感应器(3),透光罩(2)固定于灯座(1)顶部,其特征在于:还包括遮光筒(4),遮光筒(4)下端固定于灯座(1),上端延伸到透光罩(2)或向上超出透光罩(2),感应器(3)设置于遮光筒(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED灯泡还包括LED电路板,LED电路板设置有若干LED灯珠,LED电路板固定于灯座(1)顶部,遮光筒(4)为圆筒形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述遮光筒(4)上端卡接于灯座(1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述遮光筒(4)的顶部卡接有聚光镜片(5)。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述透光罩(2)开设有通孔,遮光筒(4)的上端向上***到透光罩(2)的通孔中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述遮光筒(4)的上端边缘与透光罩(2)的通孔的上端边缘平齐,或者遮光筒(4)的上端边缘向上超过透光罩(2)的通孔的上端边缘。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯座(1)包括散热器(6)和灯头(7),灯头(7)固定于散热器(6)下端,LED电路板、透光罩(2)、感应器(3)和遮光筒(4)分别设置于散热器(6)的顶部。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有遮光结构的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述感应器设置为红外感应器、微波感应器、光线感应器中的一种或两种。
