发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有技术的不足,在传统螺栓头部的圆台的基础上增设一个圆柱,使其具有自动导正的作用,来提高装配效率。
为实现上述目的,设计一种改进的能够自动导正的螺栓,包括螺栓本体,其特征在于:在螺栓头部的圆台的上方增设圆柱。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,将螺栓的头部设计成圆柱加圆台的结构,从而达到了自动导正的作用,大大提高了螺母的装配效率及准确率。

如图1,图2所示,在传统螺栓头部的圆台1上增设圆柱2,这样在安装螺母时能够自动导正,避免了由于螺母安装不准确而引起返工,这样增设了圆柱的同时实现自动导正的作用,大大提高了螺母的装配效率及准确率。
