本实用新型涉及一种网眼传送带清洁装置，包括水槽、旋转轴、毛刷，水槽上设置有旋转轴，旋转轴的外侧固定有一层毛刷。优选地，在水槽的底部两侧设置有螺栓螺母调节装置。采用本实用新型，结构简单，使用方便，传送带在移动过程中，带动旋转轴旋转，通过旋转轴外侧的毛刷将网眼传送带上的面条残渣除去，并随着旋转轴的旋转，将面条残渣溶解在水槽的水中，从而有效清洁网眼传送带，保证了面条生产过程中的卫生控制。

本实用新型涉及一种食品加工设备领域，特别涉及一种网眼传送带清洁装置。
背景技术
在方便面的生产过程中，常用的传送带为网眼传送带，在运输方便面的过程中，不可避免的会有面条残渣遗留在传送带上的网眼中，但目前没有配套的清洁装置，不利于卫生控制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种网眼传送带清洁装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种网眼传送带清洁装置，包括水槽、旋转轴、毛刷，水槽上设置有旋转轴，旋转轴的外侧固定有一层毛刷。
优选地，还包括螺栓螺母调节装置，在水槽的底部两侧均设置有螺栓螺母调节装置。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果：
采用本实用新型，结构简单，使用方便，传送带在移动过程中，带动旋转轴旋转，通过旋转轴外侧的毛刷将网眼传送带上的面条残渣除去，并随着旋转轴的旋转，将面条残渣溶解在水槽的水中，从而有效清洁网眼传送带，保证了面条生产过程中的卫生控制，且通过螺栓螺母调节装置，可以调节水槽的高度，使清洁更彻底。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种网眼传送带清洁装置，包括水槽1、旋转轴2、毛刷3，水槽1上设置有旋转轴2，旋转轴2的外侧固定有一层毛刷3。在水槽1的底部两侧设置有螺栓螺母调节装置5。
本实用新型的工作过程为：网眼传送带4在移动过程中，带动旋转轴2旋转，通过旋转轴2外侧的毛刷3将网眼传送带4上的面条残渣去除，并随着旋转轴2的旋转，将面条残渣溶解在水槽1的水中，从而有效清洁网眼传送带4，且通过螺栓螺母调节装置5，可以调节水槽1的高度，毛刷3的高度也随之调节，使清洁更彻底。

1.一种网眼传送带清洁装置，其特征在于：包括水槽、旋转轴、毛刷，水槽上设置有旋转轴，旋转轴的外侧固定有一层毛刷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种网眼传送带清洁装置，其特征在于：还包括螺栓螺母调节装置，在所述水槽的底部两侧均设置有螺栓螺母调节装置。
