本实用新型公开了一种电热恒温培养箱,包括培养柜和固定在培养柜上端并与之连接的控制箱,在培养柜的侧壁上还开有通风孔。培养柜开有通风孔供空气交流使用,培养柜内产生的废气由通风孔散出,使培养柜内空气环境趋于稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型属于生物医学恒温培养设备领域,尤其是一种电热恒温培养箱。
背景技术
电热恒温培养箱在医学上应用十分广泛,对于病理研究、菌类实验、药物疗效实验等具有重要意义。目前使用的电热培养箱,大都是密闭的培养箱,虽然在做实验的时候保持了培养箱的温度稳定,但是培养箱内的空气得不到流通,培养皿产生的气体无法扩散,在一些试验中培养皿的气体的背景环境被培养物产生的气体破坏,影响了实验数据。
发明内容
为了避免培养皿外界空气被自己所培养产物产生的气体影响,本实用新型提出一种可以提供气体交流但又不影响培养柜温度的电热恒温培养箱。
电热恒温培养箱,其技术方案为,包括培养柜和固定在培养柜上端并与之连接的控制箱,在培养柜的侧壁上还开有通风孔。本步骤中,培养柜开有通风孔供空气交流使用,培养柜内产生的废气由通风孔散出,使培养柜内空气环境趋于稳定。
所述培养柜还包括铰接在培养柜侧边的柜门,铺设在柜底的加热器以及卡在培养柜中放置培养皿的隔板。本步骤中,加热器铺设在培养柜底部为培养箱内供热,隔板为带孔的隔板,气体和热量可以通过各班的孔流通,使得培养柜内部热量和气体可以更均匀的达到整个空间。
所述控制箱通过开关和与开关连接的控制组件来控制培养柜,控制组件上还固定有显示培养柜温度的液晶显示器。本步骤中,液晶显示器实时显示目前培养柜温度,调节控制组件对培养柜内温度进行调节,使得培养柜对温度反应更灵敏,控制更精确。
本实用新型通过对培养柜加开通风孔的方式保证了培养箱内环境的稳定,箱内气体和热量流通更均匀,培养箱的控制更加方便,使培养柜的实验数据更加科学。

参照图1,本实用新型的一种实施方式。电热恒温培养箱,包括培养柜1和固定在培养柜上端并与之连接的控制箱2,在培养柜的侧壁上还开有通风孔3。所述培养柜还包括铰接在培养柜侧边的柜门11,铺设在柜底的加热器12以及卡在培养柜中放置培养皿的隔板13。所述控制箱通过开关4和与开关连接的控制组件5来控制培养柜,控制组件上还固定有显示培养柜温度的液晶显示器51。
在使用本实用新型时,将装有培养物的培养皿放入培养柜的隔板上,关上柜门并打开开关,调节控制组件使培养柜内的温度到需要温度。控制组件控制加热器为培养柜并将柜内的温度实时显示在液晶显示器上。培养箱的通风孔将培养柜的空气与外界空气进行交换,使得培养皿外界的空气浓度始终维持在正常水平。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电热恒温培养箱,其特征在于,所述培养柜还包括铰接在培养柜侧边的柜门(11),铺设在柜底的加热器(12)以及卡在培养柜中放置培养皿的隔板(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电热恒温培养箱,其特征在于,所述控制箱通过开关(4)和与开关连接的控制组件(5)来控制培养柜,控制组件上还固定有显示培养柜温度的液晶显示器(51)。
