在水果深加工时，需要将果皮果渣碎溶液进行粉碎的过程。现有粉碎机刀片，固定刀片与转动刀片数量相等，同时相遇时，切削力集中，瞬间作用力大，使转速不均匀，刀片切削磨损大。对于果皮果渣碎液加入粉碎时，容易粉碎后结块附于粉碎机刀片上，要经常清洗十分麻烦，为保证粉碎机正常使用下料通畅，需要过滤掉果渣大颗粒。

本实用新型的目的是提供果皮果渣专用粉碎机，解决了果皮果渣粉碎快速下料通畅不堵结的问题，设计简单，结构合理，粉碎效果，刀片受切削力均匀，刀片使用寿命长。

参见附图，果皮果渣专用粉碎机，包括电动机1、粉碎机芯、上盖2和下桶3，电动机1输出轴固定连接粉碎机芯，上盖2与下桶3一侧铰链，粉碎机芯为转轴4，转轴4上具有多个动刀片5，下桶内壁上具有与粉碎机芯动刀片5相交错分布的固定刀片6，转轴4两端分别通过轴承7固定安装于下桶3上，下桶3下端具有下料口8，粉碎物料从下料口8排出，下桶3与上盖2侧面设有过滤网9，可过滤掉大颗粒果渣，保证粉碎机芯正常粉碎进。
