本实用新型涉及一种自动测试光箱,用于摄像头影像测试灯源控制。 
背景技术
原始测试光箱主要是采用人工通过限位方式调节光箱高度,亮度也是通过灯管与测试图板的相对高度,高度是通过四个导柱和导套支撑高度的调节来实现,以这种方式调节高度不方便,浪费换线时间,并且四个角的平面度无法保证,影响到产品测试品质。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种自动测试光箱。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 
自动测试光箱,其特征在于:在光箱的上端安装有电机,所述电机与丝杆驱动连接,且丝杆安装于光箱内,在光箱内的两侧安装有滑轨,所述丝杆穿过图板与图t板形成传动结构,所述图板的两端与滑轨连接,所述图板的上端安装有可单独取放的灯箱,所述灯箱上安装有灯光调节按钮,在光箱上安装有控制机构。 
进一步地,上述的自动测试光箱,其中,灯箱内侧边安装有灯管。 
本实用新型技术方案的实质性特点和进步主要体现在: 
本实用新型自动测试光箱,通过步进电机及丝杆运动调节灯箱高度,灯箱两侧通过滑轨固定,保证灯箱平整度,亮度通过可调节旋钮直接调节灯管亮度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,自动测试光箱,在光箱的上端安装有电机1,电机1与丝杆4驱动连接,且丝杆4安装于光箱内,在光箱内的两侧安装有滑轨5,丝杆4穿过图板3与图板3形成传动结构,图板3的两端与滑轨5连接,图板3的上端安装有可单独取放的灯箱2,灯箱2上安装有灯光调节按钮6,在光箱上安装有控制机构7。 
如图2所述,灯箱2内侧边安装有灯管8,可以保证灯箱中的光源稳定。 
具体应用时,通过控制机构7来驱动电机1与丝杆4的转动可以来调节灯箱2高度,并通过光箱内两侧边的滑轨5与灯箱2固定,保证灯箱2的平整度,亮度通过灯光调节按钮6来直接调节灯管亮度并且其中所有的灯管8连接到同一个调节按钮上,实现同时调整亮度,保证亮度均匀,而灯箱1与图板3可以单独取放,保证了亮度的统一。

1.自动测试光箱,其特征在于:在光箱的上端安装有电机,所述电机与丝杆驱动连接,且丝杆安装于光箱内,在光箱内的两侧安装有滑轨,所述丝杆穿过图板与图板形成传动结构,所述图板的两端与滑轨连接,所述图板的上端安装有可单独取放的灯箱,所述灯箱上安装有灯光调节按钮,在光箱上安装有控制机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动测试光箱,其特征在于:所述灯箱内侧边安装有灯管。
