技术领域
本实用新型涉及余热回收节能装置,将氨冷冻机排放到大气中的废热回收利用,既节约能源,又保护环境。 
背景技术
现有工业上广范使用的氨冷冻机在制冷的同时向大气排放大量的冷凝热,并用自来水喷淋冷却排热,浪费大量自来水。而有的工业生产过程需消耗大量热水,该热水使用燃油锅炉蒸汽加热,消耗大量燃油。如果将氨冷冻机排放的冷凝热回收来加热热水,节约了加热热水的燃油又减少废热排放与自来水的消耗,是一举多得的节能技术。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是氨冷冻机冷凝热回收,并用该冷凝热来提升生产用热水的温度,节能减排,减少热排放,节约能源和水。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在氨冷冻机的压缩机与冷凝器之间的排气管适当位置切断,连接一台余热回收装置,所述排气管为压力管道,所述余热回收装置串接于压力管道上。 
该余热回收装置为一种热交换器。 
由于设有上述结构,该氨机余热回收装置可回收余热,低温水从热回收装置另側下部接口进入,吸取热量后从上部接口流出,水温可提高30℃左右。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在氨冷冻机的压缩机11与冷凝器12之间的排气管适当位置切断,连接一台热回收装置13,所述排气管为压力管道,所述余热回收装置13串接于压力管道上。该余热回收装置13为一种热交换器。压缩机11排出的高温高压(90℃、0.15Mpa)氨气通过压力管道先进入热回收装置13上部接口,该氨气被另側低温水吸收 热量后,变为低温气(35~40℃左右)或液体从热回收装置13下部接口通过压力管道流到原冷凝器12中,完成冷凝热回收。低温水从热回收装置13另側下部接口进入,吸取热量后从上部接口流出至蓄水罐14,水温可提高30℃左右。

1.氨机余热回收装置,其特征在于:氨冷冻机的压缩机与冷凝器之间的排气管连接一台余热回收装置,所述排气管为压力管道,所述余热回收装置串接于压力管道上。
2.根据权利要求1所述氨机余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述余热回收装置是热交换器。
