Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种多用球阀,包括球阀本体部分和与其连接的阀体接头部分,球阀本体部分是由内部具有流道的阀体、球芯、阀杆、螺纹压环以及密封环和扳手组成,阀体接头部分是由阀体接头、连接帽及密封圈组成,特征是:所述阀体为塑料阀体,在阀体的两端外壁上分别制有凹槽,阀体接头部分的连接帽一端面内径上制有凸起,球阀本体部分通过阀体两端外壁上的凹槽与阀体接头部分连接帽端面内径上的凸起卡紧配合。优点是:采用特殊塑料材料制成的塑料阀体,不仅可避免铜球阀在使用中的含铅问题,而且本球阀的阀体接头部分可以连接多种阀体接头,从而实现了一种球阀可以连接多种管材的特性,本球阀安装快捷方便、密封可靠且极具实用价值。

技术领域
本实用新型属于管路连接用具,特别是涉及一种多用球阀。 
背景技术
目前,管道在工业、农业及城市建设中已被广泛使用,如应用在供水、煤气等方面。球阀在管路中主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向,其结构紧凑,密封可靠且易于操作和维修,在各个行业得到广泛应用。这些年,被广泛应用在管路中的球阀大多都是金属球阀(如铜球阀、不锈钢球阀等),但是随着近些年铜价的不断攀升以及铜球阀用在饮用水管路中存在含铅问题,对人体健康不利,人们又开始寻找新的材料来取代铜用来制作全新的球阀。此外,由于球阀本身结构的限制,一种球阀只能连接一种阀体接头,这样不仅会增加球阀的生产成本,而且现有球阀受原材料及制作方法的限制,无法满足不同材质管路的连接需求。 
发明内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、便于操作且实用性强的一种多用球阀。 
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:多用球阀,包括球阀本体部分和与其连接的阀体接头部分,所述球阀本体部分是由内部具有流道的阀体、球芯、阀杆、螺纹压环以及密封环和扳手组成,所述阀体接头部分是由阀体接头、连接帽及密封圈组成,其特征在于:所述阀体为塑料阀体,在阀体的两端外壁上分别制有便于连接阀体接头部分的凹槽,所述阀体接头部分的连接帽一端面内径上制有凸起部分,所述球阀本体部分通过阀体两端外壁上的凹槽与阀体接头部分连接帽端面内径上的凸起部分配合连接。
本实用新型还可以采用如下技术方案:
所述阀体接头部分与球阀本体部分为挤压式连接结构。
所述挤压式连接结构为旋转防退扣压式连接结构,即连接帽端面内径制有防退扣压凸起,所述阀体接头通过连接帽端面内径上的防退扣压凸起与球阀本体旋转防退扣压连接。
所述挤压式连接结构为过盈配合挤压式连接结构,所述阀体接头部分还包括有连接套,阀体接头通过连接套、连接帽与球阀本体过盈配合挤压连接。
所述阀体接头部分与球阀本体部分为螺纹式连接结构,所述阀体接头部分还包括有连接套,在连接套一端面上开有便于安装的豁口,连接套外表面制有与连接帽内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,所述阀体接头部分通过连接套、连接帽与球阀本体螺纹连接。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本实用新型采用上述技术方案,即采用特殊塑料材料制成的塑料阀体,不仅可避免铜球阀在使用中的含铅问题,而且本球阀的阀体接头部分可以连接多种阀体接头,从而实现了一种球阀可以连接多种管材的特性,本球阀安装快捷方便、密封可靠且极具实用价值。

实施列1:请参阅图1-图3、图9,一种多用球阀,包括球阀本体部分1和与其连接的阀体接头部分2,所述球阀本体部分是由内部具有流道的阀体11、球芯12、阀杆13、螺纹压环14、密封环17、密封垫18和扳手15组成,在阀体11的两端外壁上分别制有凹槽16,所述阀体为塑料阀体11。所述阀体接头部分2包括阀体接头21、连接帽22及密封圈23组成,所述连接帽一端面内径有防退扣压的凸起24。本实施例中,所述球阀本体部分通过阀体两端外壁上的凹槽16与阀体接头部分连接帽端面内径上的凸起24旋转防退扣压连接。为便于连接各种管接头(如PEX管接头、PVC管接头、铜管接头等),所述阀体接头21可以是不同材料和不同形式的接头。
实施列2:请参阅图4-图6、图9,一种多用球阀,包括球阀本体部分1和与其连接的阀体接头部分2,所述球阀本体部分是由内部具有流道的阀体11、球芯12、阀杆13、螺纹压环14、密封环17、密封垫18和扳手15组成,在阀体11的两端外壁上分别制有便于与阀体接头部分2连接的凹槽16,所述阀体11为塑料材质阀体。所述阀体接头部分包括阀体接头21、连接帽22、连接套28及密封圈23。在连接套28一端面开有便于安装的豁口25,连接套外表面制有与连接帽内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹27。本实施例中,所述阀体接头部分的连接帽22一端面内径上制有凸起24,所述阀体接头部分2通过连接帽端面内径上的凸起24与球阀本体部分的凹槽16卡紧配合,并通过连接套、连接帽与球阀本体螺纹连接。为便于连接各种管接头(如PEX管接头、PVC管接头、铜管接头等),所述阀体接头21可以是不同材料和不同形式的接头。
实施列3:请参阅图7-图9,一种多用球阀,包括球阀本体部分1和与其连接的阀体接头部分2,所述球阀本体部分是由内部具有流道的阀体11、球芯12、阀杆13、螺纹压环14、密封环17、密封垫18和扳手15组成,在阀体11的两端外壁上分别制有便于与阀体接头部分2连接的凹槽16,所述阀体11为塑料材质阀体。阀体接头部分包括阀体接头21、连接帽22、连接套28及密封圈23。本实施例中,所述阀体接头部分的连接帽22一端面内径上制有凸起24,所述球阀本体部分通过凹槽16与阀体接头部分连接帽端面内径上的凸起24卡紧配合,并通过阀体接头部分的连接套、连接帽与球阀本体过盈配合挤压连接。为便于连接各种管接头(如PEX管接头、PVC管接头、铜管接头等),所述阀体接头21可以是不同材料和不同形式的接头。
上述阀体接头是PEX管接头,但本装置的阀体接头不局限上述材料结构,可以是内螺纹、外螺纹等形式,还可以是PVC管接头、铜管接头等。

Claims (5)

1.一种多用球阀,包括球阀本体部分和与其连接的阀体接头部分,所述球阀本体部分是由内部具有流道的阀体、球芯、阀杆、螺纹压环以及密封环和扳手组成,所述阀体接头部分是由阀体接头、连接帽及密封圈组成,其特征在于:所述阀体为塑料阀体,在阀体的两端外壁上分别制有便于连接阀体接头部分的凹槽,所述阀体接头部分的连接帽一端面内径上制有凸起,所述球阀本体部分的阀体两端外壁上的凹槽与阀体接头部分连接帽端面内径上的凸起卡紧配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多用球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体接头部分与球阀本体部分为挤压式连接结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多用球阀,其特征在于:所述挤压式连接结构为旋转防退扣压式连接结构,即连接帽端面内径制有防退扣压凸起,所述阀体接头通过连接帽端面内径上的防退扣压凸起与球阀本体旋转防退扣压连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多用球阀,其特征在于:所述挤压式连接结构为过盈配合挤压式连接结构,所述阀体接头部分还包括有连接套,阀体接头通过连接套、连接帽与球阀本体过盈配合挤压连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多用球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体接头部分与球阀本体部分为螺纹式连接结构,所述阀体接头部分还包括有连接套,在连接套一端面上开有便于安装的豁口,连接套外表面制有与连接帽内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,所述阀体接头部分通过连接套、连接帽与球阀本体螺纹连接。
