本实用新型属于汽车零部件加工装置,具体涉及一种汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角加工装置。
背景技术
发动机齿环齿端倒角是起动电机齿轮能否与飞轮齿环正常啮合成为影响发动机正常使用的关键环节。目前同行业采用铣削、镗削、滚削工艺等方法加工发动机齿环齿端倒角,这种加工方式成本高。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角滚刀,以解决上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为:汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角滚刀,它包括滚刀体,滚刀体上设有连接轴孔,所述滚刀体的轴向设有多排滚刀齿,每排上的滚刀齿沿圆周分布,滚刀齿端部设有切屑刃;相邻的两排滚刀齿之间的齿间形状为直角梯形,直角梯形的相邻边之间设圆弧角。

所述沿轴向螺旋线设有三排滚刀齿。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角滚刀的滚刀体1上沿轴向设有沿螺旋线分布设置的三排滚刀齿2;每排上的滚刀齿沿圆周分布如图2所示,滚刀齿端部设有切屑刃3;滚刀体上设有连接轴孔4。
如图3所示,相邻的两排滚刀齿2.1、2.2之间的齿间2.3形状为直角梯形,直角梯形的相邻边之间设圆弧角2.4、2.5、2.6、2.7。汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角刀的滚刀齿的齿轮模数及齿数依据被加工汽车发动机齿环的齿轮模数及齿数而定。

1.一种汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角滚刀,它包括滚刀体,滚刀体上设有连接轴孔,其特征在于所述滚刀体的轴向设有多排滚刀齿,每排上的滚刀齿沿圆周分布,滚刀齿端部设有切屑刃;相邻的两排滚刀齿之间的齿间形状为直角梯形,直角梯形的相邻边之间设圆弧角。
2.如权利要求1所述汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角滚刀,其特征在于每排滚刀齿沿螺线分布。
3.如权利要求1所述汽车发动机齿环齿端倒角滚刀,其特征在于沿轴向螺旋线设有三排滚刀齿。
