该蒸汽挂烫机通过在手耙100上再设置雾化喷嘴，与该蒸汽挂烫机的烫头底板相互结合使用，可以实现挂烫机的蒸汽烫和干烫两种功能。
其中，依次通过水管连通水箱(图中未画出)、水泵(图中未画出)、水流控制装置102和雾化喷嘴101，且水流控制装置102和雾化喷嘴101都设置在手耙100中，使用方便，其他的实施例中，也可以将这些部件设置在该挂烫机的其他部件中。
