Abstract

一种骨科双刃针,属于医疗器材,在不同规格圆柱形医用材质不锈钢条的两端分别制成梭形尖刃,三角形尖刃,梭形三角形尖刃,钢针具有直径大小和长短不同,在同一枚钢针具有两个相同或不同形状的针刃,即为骨科双刃针。分别为双梭形刃,钢针两端皆为梭形针刃,双三角形尖刃,钢针两端皆为三角形尖刃,梭形三角形尖刃,钢针一端为梭形尖刃,另一端为三角形尖刃。本实用新型发挥了一针多用,节省大量优质钢材、降低医疗费用优点。

骨科双刃针
技术领域:本实用新型涉及骨科医用钢针,特别是一种多功能双刃针。 
背景技术:目前骨科临床医疗仍延用由来已久的骨科钢针,在治疗骨折的固定或牵引方面起到了重要的作用。已有的骨科钢针不论粗细长短,其共同点皆为每枚钢针的一端制成梭形尖刃,另一端为圆柱体。有厂家将这种梭形尖刃端改制为三角形尖刃端,在临床使用中也未展现出特别的功能优势。临床使用仅一次性,通常造成较大浪费。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种多功能骨科双刃针,每枚钢针由不同规格的医用不锈钢条制成,同一枚钢针的两端具有不同针刃,每一端分别为梭形尖刃或三角形尖刃。 
本发明的构成:用医用不锈钢材制粗细不同直径的圆柱形钢条,分别将两端制成梭形尖刃或三角型尖刃,同一枚钢针一端制成梭形尖刃,另一端制成三角形尖刃,针体表面光滑。现有技术中的单刃骨科钢针,一枚钢针只能用一次。如作锁骨骨折内固定,无论从远近端钻入穿出骨皮质后必须将该针立即退出,再从被穿出孔进入经两骨折端钻入对侧骨髓腔并穿出骨皮质,往往比较困难,费时、费力,多次反复操作加重了组织损伤,再次钻入该骨孔再次磨损使骨孔进一步扩大,术后钢针必然会早期滑脱,近端又因针头难以弯折是滑脱原因之二。本实用新型在原来钢针的另一端增加一刃,使用功效大为增加,同时节约了成倍的优质钢材,并为骨科技术创新提供了条件。如锁骨骨折新法骨园针内固定术,只需在骨折近端将穿出骨皮质的长梭型刃弯折即可牢固。

具体实施方式:本实用新型骨科双刃针,由骨科医师或外科医师根据骨折病人的具体情况实施。现以成人左锁骨中段粉碎性骨折手术固定治疗为例说明。按手术常规程序显露该锁骨骨折端,将选择准备好直径为4毫米粗的骨科双刃针长梭刃端装入克氏钻或电动骨钻并锁固该针,梭型针刃尖对准锁骨远端骨髓腔,启动骨钻经骨髓腔钻出远端骨皮质并穿出皮肤5至10公分,松开并取下骨钻,将骨钻头与穿出皮肤外一端梭形尖刃端连接紧固,启动骨钻将该针长梭形尖刃端退至与骨折远端断面平齐,助手将骨折近端与远端两断面对位并维持固定,术者再次启动骨钻使该针尖刃端经近端骨髓腔钻入直至穿出近端骨皮质,用手术刀在针尖处将皮肤刺穿使其显露,又一次启动骨钻使该针穿出皮外1至2公分。用夹钳在距针尖5至8毫米处折弯60至120度,用手摇克氏钻将该弯折部分缓缓退于皮下,将碎骨片复位并用钢丝绑扎固定牵靠。于针尖皮外段推压皮肤及皮下组织,将皮外部分钢针剪断使其断端埋于皮下,封闭手术切口完成操作。这种人为形成双刃钩端针固定锁骨骨折,钢针不易滑脱。用于近关节或关节内骨折可用骨科双刃针交叉固定,将骨科双刃针端钻入骨内适中后剪断,再将另一端钻入骨内与第一段钢针形成交叉固定,这样一枚钢针便发挥了两枚钢针的功效,节省了一枚钢针的费用和珍贵的原材料,发挥了事半功倍的效果。

1.一种骨科双刃针,由不同规格的医用不锈钢条制成,每枚钢条的两端分别制成梭形尖刃、三角形尖刃、梭形三角形尖刃,钢针具有不同规格,在同一枚钢针具有两个相同或不同针刃,即为骨科双刃针,分别为双梭形尖刃,钢针两端皆为梭形针刃、双三角尖刃钢针两端皆为三角形尖刃,梭刃形三角形尖刃,钢针一端为梭形尖刃,另一端为三角形尖刃。
